It also shows your history so that you can see your progress or just be aware of your dietary habits in terms of iron intake.
You can also add your own custom foods if you don’t find the right ones in the list and mark foods as favorites for quicker access next time.
DailyIron also shows you a list of high-iron foods you can use to get inspired when in need of more to reach your goal.
