Security Update
With the August Major Release, our new, yearly required security update is available. By September 24, 2021, all users who do not update their app to the latest version will be automatically signed out and unable to use the app until they perform the update.
Focus Skill Management
From your Profile screen, when you click Skills, you can add, replace, and delete Focus Skills from your profile.
Self Rating
When you self-rate a skill, you decide what your current Skill Level is based on the Skill Level descriptions for Skill Ratings. Once you select your Self Rating, the Skill Rating updates on your profile. Depending on your profile privacy setting, others can see your Self Rating.

Layout Problems on IPAD Pro
Not quite sure what is going on. I launch the app on the iPad Pro (12") and the "cards" for the featured courses on the main page overlap each other by about 1/3. Rotating the device 90degrees and back (in either orientation does not seem to help.

Note taking and highlighting
Love this app and the web version. I’m in the process of creating a self study plan for web design.
I’ve just noticed a couple of potential enhancements: a way to highlight and/or make notes in the articles and bookmark where in an article we stopped.
Overall, I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Degreed.

Useless with corporate SSO
I was able to see the corporate trainings after logging in with the single sign-on, but that ends there. After clicking any specific training it would bring me out to browse session that requires changing of password, and I don’t understand why the flow would work like that!? I was expecting it to go straight to the training and not redirected anywhere else.
The whole point of the single sign-on was to eliminate more credential entering and this app is doing the exact opposite.

Won’t even load up anymore
The app doesn’t even load up anymore on my iPhone 13 pro. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but it’s still doing the same thing. It started happening a few weeks ago so I’ve had it deleted for several weeks, but I needed to take a training on there today for work so I reinstalled it hoping that the bug had been fixed. Nope, it still gets stuck on the opening screen with the Degreed glasses emblem.

Horrible App Interaction
The web version is superior. The app has noticeable latency when using the search feature. It is not easy to navigate.

LOUSY App!
Why on earth would I trust ANYONE at this company with training or teaching me to do anything when they can’t even design a simple website and app. On the landing page, there’s no way to even have your User Name sent to you if you’ve forgotten it.
Now I know, though, why the idiots in my Employer’s HR Department picked this Supplier for training needs: Garbage in - Garbage out.

Won’t load
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and all I get is a white screen with their logo. Deleted and downloaded again but got the same issue. I can’t find any customer service contact on their website.

Videos do not work.
No training videos in the app work. Loads indefinitely with message “ Your browser does not allow authentication on an embedded page. Please use the button below to launch a new window“ which also doesn’t work.
