Audio menu and audio likes (can be disabled in settings menu). Playing an audio sample opens a menu containing all available voices/speakers to be played directly. You can then give each one a like or dislike, which will have an effect on the random selection of voices for the main play button. You can choose to block specific speakers or always hear recordings by your favorite speakers if available.

I began a lifelong study of German in 1962 and have used every brand of dictionary, but, obviously, nothing ever approached DICT in ease or thoroughness. I have the full off-line dictionary and am always amazed at how easily I can find a definition and can cross reference words to get at the shades of meanings of words.
I have used DICT for years now and greatly appreciate how it has continued to develop.

It’s been a huge help learning languages.
Has a good feature set. Not pushy at all about ads or upgrades. You actually want to support the developer and development.
Only ask I have at the moment is for Ukrainian language to be added.

THE BEST!
If you want access to the widest range of English-German translations, this has got to be your go-to app! It's crowd-based, thus constantly updated and its number of entries grows every day. I love the ease of use and use this applications pretty much daily. The new "inflections" section is awesome. Thanks to the developers!

Now that they have added inflections, it is even more useful! I am a 4th year college German student and i have it open whenever I am reading or writing in German . Just wish I could download it my brain.

Crowd-sourcing: the way languages are supposed to be!
The concept of this app is brilliant. It seems to be maturing into a robust database for translation dictionaries across a wide array of permutations of (mostly European) languages. I like being able to track and save the words I have needed to look up. I download the vocabulary lists and make old-fashioned flashcards because my brain still needs something 3-dimensional for my hands to play with.
My vocabulary--and my confidence reading German--have grown exponentially.
There are probably more possible translations than are helpful for a beginner. But given the reasonable price of this app, it is a good idea to buy a standard dictionary to keep nearby.
I look forward to boosting my Italian vocabulary next!

I love this app! But...
I love this app! But it's not really worth the money over the free version. I was disappointed that the other language dictionaries are not really anything. They have few entries and no audio. I didn't test this out in the free version and I should have. The main (and, for all useful purposes, only) languages are English-German. Since I'm learning German right now, that's fine, but I was disappointed that this app won't help me at all when it's time to learn Slovak. I was hoping the vocabulary learning and quiz games would be more advanced and customizable but they aren't. I can't really say there's any real reason to purchase this app apart from ad removal and supporting the developer.

Amazing dictionary
It runs fast with no bugs, it has a expansive database, and is easy to use. Since it downloads the each language, you don't even need to be on wi-fi to use it! Best German dictionary app out there.

Not bad. The only thing it needs is a way for it to say the word. Like if I click on the French word. It should say it out loud. Would be a big help!
