Great idea but not as easy as exspected
I got a digi loom for Christmas and I was very exited about it. A few weeks later I got it out and the instructions where not very much help... after a few minutes trying to download the app and put the battery’s in I finally did it! Then when you had to put the string into the legs and that was VERY hard. On the box it says that it is easy and fun and it was not as easy as I thought...I still Frye’s to put the string into the leg and I got it with a little help with y mom. It took a lot of practice but the end results where great! I love how my digi band came out. But putting on the digi bad was a little hard. But still it is great and I love it. I just think they should fix it up a little bit so it is easy er

Ok so first things first the app doesn’t even work when I am trying to set up the Digiloom such as connect it it keeps saying “no Digiloom found near by” then when you are setting up the Digiloom when it is “ready” the strings that you connect to the pegs are soo frustrating because they get all tangled and it is just annoying!!! I am 100% sure on the box it says 8+ and me 45 year old mom can’t even do this and as I said 8 AND UP. I am pretty sure this is impossible for anybody not even an animal can do this! This was just a huge rip off 50 DOLLARS down in the trash can because this did not even work. I am very disappointed and I still have not even gotten it connected after like 500 times of trying and plus you can only make about 8 bracelets! What if I wanted to make a friend ship bracelet for 8 friends and I made them in one day I am already out! Oh and plus the guide/Manuel doesn’t even help AT ALL! So...Don’t buy Digiloom! Does not work!!!

The Digiloom is not bad but it’s not good ether. I had to spend more than 3 hours just to get it to connect. Once I got it to connect I made my own creation it was just a lot of paw prints. When it was done it looked nothing like that I had in mind it just looks like a bunch of scribbling on a bracelet. But I did try to make another one it is a bunch of these \\\\\\\\\ and it came out really good and I was really impressed with it.

Do Not Buy!!!!
I spent almost an hour trying to assemble this product. I then had to download an app and could not sync the machine.
It then needed an update with took an extremely long time. Once I managed to sync the machine and my phone the product continued to disconnect, and gave extremely unclear directions. After supposedly finishing the design of my bracelet this app told me to complete the weave manually - I had no clue what this meant so I pulled the bracelet out to discover it has done absolutely nothing and I was just holding the same piece of string I had started with. This was not useful at all and very disappointing.

Difficults
I was very excited when I received this as a gift! I read the directions, but there were many technical difficulties. I received help from my mom so that we could maybe figure it out. It never has wanted to connect to the app. The directions are very vague, and don’t really help very much. We tried many times repeatedly, even deleted and downloaded the so multiple times. It never seemed to work. I was very excited for this gift but i now can say without remorse that I don’t necessarily recommend this gift to any creative person.

At first, when I read the ratings, I was not very happy. But I tried the actual thing and i had so much fun. PEOPLE, please read the instructions several times. Also, the app has videos for troubleshooting and directions. Although, it is a very time consuming thing. I did not like that you had to BUY some of the icons and colors. Honestly, it isn’t as hard as the ratings are.

Not very well
Me and my friend are here trying to make a bracelet but the directions didn’t much help. Later when I went on the app I didn’t know what to do so I had to watch the video more than five times and I also had to watch the video multiple times when I was getting started with the bracelet. This was very hard for me and my friend. Also when I finish with the bracelet it looked nothing like the bracelets on the box and I did do everything that it said to do. It took me more than an hour to figure it out and still didn’t work out.

The two problems
I love everything you put on the app but there are two problems,1 you have to pay for the numbers on the app and the rest of it,2 it does not come with all the strings for loom. And that was my two problems about the Digiloom.
Ps, to connect to the Digiloom you must have Bluetooth on and batteries in it, lol I saw how many reviews had it won’t connect!

Unbelievable!
I got this yesterday and I was so happy. Then I spent about an hour trying to get it to connect and it took forever. It won’t connect. We have high speed internet and good connections. We tried on my 5th generation iPad as well as my mom’s iPhone-both are on the compatibility list . The codes were correct and worked but it was no use I couldn’t get it to connect. The thing says 8+, I’m 12 I had to ask my mom to help! My advice do not waste your time on the junk! It is unbelievable! So we are going to return it.

Complicated to connect
We had some issues connecting the Digiloom to the app, but once connected it was good. We had to watch the video tutorials (link in app) to understand how to use it and start but once we got it going it was great. My daughter really enjoyed it.
Note: We couldn’t get the app to connect using an iPhone XR but using my old iPhone 8 plus it worked fine.
