Would just be easier to use real money to pay to use claws than make you pay 100 or more fake coins that cost lots of real money each week. I’d rather pay a dollar for a plush than get a membership and pay money each week for the same prize. Mechanics are much better than other claw machine games, almost all others are scams that are one tap forward mechanisms that are relying on you lagging and messing up so you will pay more money. This claw machine game does not do that, and gives you full movement of the claw. Overall, better than the others in a few aspects, but still disappointing, but that’s just how all claw machine apps seem to be. It is understandable because they need more money to support their platform and machines, but still.

Problems with winning prizes
Happy that you really don’t have to pay anything to play but I’ve won a few prizes it says nothing listed on my won prize list. Also, it’s kind of boring when it’s always the same game with overweight prizes that don’t pick up even when you get claw perfectly on the body. Had to give it at least 2 for the fun and the free plays. But don’t expect too many of any prizes. I’ve won a lot of prizes on winner winner though. At least 10 prizes in the past three weeks on winner winner vs dino mao, I haven’t won anything at all. I’ve probably played at least 50 times and nothing. Not easy to win anything. Winner winner is easier to win prizes. Dino mao prizes all have gotten caught and claw opens back up to drop it as soon as it moves back to prize hole. Not cool. Once it’s caught it should be caught. And I can’t view any of my videos to show the scam happening! Still lay with my kids to have fun but they get upset every time we have a prize and the claw drops it when we have it like a pro, as their comments say.....

Waste of time and money
Latest update: I’m on the last couple days of my one month subscription. I’ve changed this review 3 times now, and I have not received my 3 free vip days. I also was forced to update the app, and now you don’t get a free play every day; no, you get one little coin. This means that you now get one free play every 7-12 days. That’s 2-4 free plays a month. It’s an even bigger rip off than it was when I last updated this review!
They have taken away the option to watch two videos a day to get one free play. I decided to try VIP for one month and it’s not worth it. The claws are not set to be that strong, so anything you pick up falls. VIPs only get free shipping on six or more prizes; and to ship the one thing I won (it’s set so that everyone wins at least once during their free trials) it costs 72 coins, which is around $13 USD. I CAN BUY ONE OF THAT PRIZE ONLINE FOR THAT PRICE WITH FREE SHIPPING!!! Do yourself a favor and play Swoopy. It’s so easy to win. No free plays after the initial welcome and thank you for downloading, but it’s so easy to win!

Game is scam
So I did as any player would. I made an account, got my 20 tokens(two plays), and i selected from the 6 machines they let you play when you first get it. I chose between keychains, a giant panda bear, and something that said that it was a “random gift” I put 10 out of my 20 coins into the machine, it picked up the prize, and put it into the prize area. You may ask yourself why I am mad about this. And the reason is that when I won, it said that they had no surprise gifts (or whatever they’re called) left. So basically I won and got nothing. I got no reparations, no coins, no keychain, and no nothing. I then used the rest of my tokens on the stupid panda and lost. Waste of money. By the way, when I clicked on the store to buy more tokens it just kept kicking me out of the game. And to top it all off I didn’t receive the 6 free plays that they promise you after making an account. Waste of time and money. If you are looking for an online claw game use Toreba or even Clawee!

Claw Game
I am totally addicted to this game. I get mad sometimes because a lot of my prizes get dropped. I have complained about it, deleted the app like 10 times, but I always reinstall it a few days later. Tried CLAWEE couldn’t like it, and a few other claw games I tired I didn’t like either. I think I need to get a life, but until then I guess I’ll stick with this game! Why do I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this game because it won’t load

Im not new to online claw games — Ive played for quite a long time now. I downloaded this and decided to give it a go — they let you play from a couple beginners machines so you can win something. I ended up winning a little cat plush (straight in the bin, no glitches or catching on the side). The alert came up that I won and I was excited. Then I get another notification saying if I rate them on the app store, I’ll get 3 days of free vip. So i follow the onscreen prompts and it says thanks. Now I go to my prize list and theres nothing. I look at my status — not vip. I thought maybe it takes time to process? 24 hrs later and nothing. I did send them an email but that was tricky to even find. Im pretty confident I wont be getting anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app

ok im not kidding when I say this is the best claw app i’ve ever gotten. in total I have paid 5 dollars for the club membership(free shipping for life + a few coins) and have won 7 prizes so far. claws are easy to use and the connection is very good. free coins every day you log in!!!! prizes come in less than a month and are really great quality. seriously couldnt love this app any more! definitely download!

Don’t waste time on claw games
I just got into claw games, and I saw this app. I saw you con get free plays until you win your first prize so I downloaded it. One day later I was broke on coins (just 5) so I decided to win some in a claw machine. I put in my coins and I couldn’t move it. When I exited it before time was up I thought I would get my coins back, in the top right hand corner 0 COINS. Another thing, I had a $25 apple gift card and it wouldn’t let me get coins with it. ( I know they will write back to me saying “GivE uS 5 StArZ” I will give them that if they actually fix my problems) Don’t waste time on claw games.

Issues with app
This is a great game and I feel the prizes are relatively affordable. The shipping is not ideal but I didn’t mind doing the VIP as I get my money’s worth. My biggest issue is sometimes the app doesn’t load and the only way to resolve the issue is uninstall and reinstall which is tedious. I’ve missed a few login bonus claims because it didn’t register I logged in until I reinstalled the app.
Update: unable to login using Apple which was my original login method. Still able to sign in as guest and with Facebook so I can’t log in to get my daily bonus or use my VIP status.

Not bad
You get three days vip when you leave a review, which I like! Vip allows you to play most games. The only none vip games are for a 3-inch banana plush and a couple of small bears. You can receive 2 daily tickets for viewing ads.
It’s ultra laggy. I just played my second game and won the prize but I wasn’t even able to watch my win after switching the camera view.
