First time experience/thoughts
The game overall has very good and decent Gacha items. You’re given three chances your first time which is very nice. I only used my 3 free chances to play this game, but overall I can see a couple issues to this game. The first and second time I used my free chance I noticed that the claw barley grabbed/touch the item, so I realized that there’s no way for the item to drop//move. My last chance was used on an item that was stuck in between two poles. When I tried to push the item down with the claw I noticed that the item was squeezed in very tight that there was also no chance off the item falling down without a couple more plays. Well, this is a part/function of the game, but I would recommend this game in a later time, when there is more players (which will shift the items position more and the less chance you have of spending more money)

Fun to play!
I enjoy playing claw machines both in person and online…I may not be good at it, but I have fun playing! I heard about the app from the YouTuber Minori, so I had to give it a try! I really liked all the selections they offer, from plushies, figures l, snacks and random things that I would never think of trying to play for! They offer the different types of claw machines too, like the traditional claw one, or the ping pong ball where it drops in a takoyaki, or ones with hooks…so many! The only thing I would like for them to have, is a search bar so I can look it up by anime series or type…but I have won prizes either on the free tickets they can give daily or my own funds. I do recommend if your a fan of these, the closes I get is Round1 and it’s nice not having to drive all the way to their, just to play claw machine games!

Lots of variety in machine types and FAST prize shipping
I’ve played A LOT of crane/claw machine games at this point and this one has the FASTEST shipping I’ve ever seen. I live on the literal opposite side of the world so I wasn’t expecting my prizes for months but they arrived so quickly! The total value of the prizes was seemingly only about $10 and I spent $30 to obtain, but the value isn’t everything. Playing the game is half the fun! And there’s lots of different styles to play. Support staff is extremely responsive. I had an issue where a machine stopped responding and was given free play to make up for it almost immediately. Highly recommend checking this out if you want something similar to a real Japanese crane game experience. 👍

I won 4 prizes and they have yet to ship
As the title says, I won 2 prizes and because I had the shipping ticket I used that to ship. Then I won 2 more prizes . Waited a week for another ship ticket and then when I requested my items to ship, I have to get a shipping confirmation. Customer service is responsive but they say because of COVID they can’t ship or everything is delayed. I’m concerned that too much time will pass and I will not actually receive the prizes I won on July 22. 48 days later....
Games are fun and exciting, I’m just bummed they can take my money yet can’t make good on their end of the deal.

Excellent customer service
The staff are amazing. I had a prize stuck on a claw and I messaged them for help and less than a minute later they fixed it and gave me the prize! I’ve won multiple figures, plushies, and a bunch of mascots, and I highly recommend this app. It’s got a ton of game setups, and they provide demo videos to show you how to play every game. It is not always easy to win some of the games, sometimes you have to play until payout, but their games are also not impossible to win like some other apps out there.

Honestly The Best Crane Game
I have played Crane Game Toreba, Japan Claw Machine, Netch, iCatch, you name it. However this is the one I will always return to, I’ve won more prizes than I could imagine! The staff WANTS you to win, I’ve even witnessed moments where staff has stepped in and helped a player!! Such great customer service, there’s always an event going on, and any time a machine has glitched on me there are always kind enough to return points no problem!!! Minimum purchase for points is $30 us but if you compare $30 to the retail price of the prizes you win it’s worth it!

I have played many crane games and this one is definitely in my top 3 favorite to play. Items sometimes take awhile to ship to the USA but it’s worth the wait. This is the only crane game I know of where the staff wAnts you to win. You will sometimes see the staff adjust the prize to make it easier to win, or see them give you a thumbs up after you win a prize. It always makes me laugh. If you have an issue with a machine and send them a comment, they immediately will fix it. I really enjoy this app and will continue to play.

This app is my prayers answered 🥰. Fun Claw Game
I enjoyed the claw game very much. I’ve won 1 prize so far. Hopefully I can win a few more. It needs some improvements . I think the claw is rigged to drop prizes and only hold on after so many players so that is a drawback. Plus they only ship your prize after you win 2. If you don’t get the prize shipped to you in a certain time frame you lose the prize and get it back in coins which isn’t fair . I’ll still play but I won’t play as much as I do higher quality games.
