The game is fun!
And once you start playing, it can be very addicting! Lol I rated it a 4 tho just bc I think it can improve a little in some areas.
For example: 1: When playing online, you should be allowed to “nudge” the other player. Maybe just remind them they’re playing against someone else? It’s so frustrating to wait days to make another move or find out the other player just forfeited. 2: There is no scoring system and updates with more levels appear few and far between. This caused me to just delete it. Between waiting forever for online players to play back, and not being allowed to play solo, it just takes up too much space. 3: Their preprogrammed dictionary, should allow a broader range of acceptable words. I’ve used words I KNOW are real, and in this particular game for some reason they’re not allowed.
Beyond this, this game is great! I’m a big fan of the original scrabble game, but I love how this made it more entertaining with the different Disney characters and secret powers. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Fun, but needs rebalance/bugfixes
Really enjoyable game, puts a fun Disney spin on scrabble. That being said, there's a few outstanding issues: 1. When playing a game against a player who is using Tinkerbell, if they activate her power on their turn, when you go to take your turn, the game soft-locks with the background going grey (as it does when a power is activated) and then just sits there... closing and reopening the app does nothing, it seems the only fix is to win another game (in story mode or daily challenge). 2. The second issue is with Moana's special ability (adds a random letter tile to the board with 20 more points than usual). Every other champion's ability expires at the end of your turn (such as adding 2L/3L spaces, or increasing a number of letter tiles's point value by #). Moana's ability summons that special 20 point letter tile, but the 20 point bonus never goes away; This means your opponent can use it for high-scoring words, and any advantage it may have offered is rendered useless.. this power should be rebalanced to remove the 20 point bonus at the end of your turn. 3. The dictionary is completely out of touch with any other dictionary. I've had the opponent play words like "Honda", but if I play "Moana" it is not accepted, or that I can play the word "Sex", but not "Sexy". 4. There is no timeout for opponents. If they do not take a turn, that match will never end. Implementing a timeout for taking a turn would solve this issue.

Lots of fun, lots of room for improvement
I love this game. I’m happy there is now something for me to do because my friends were tired of me asking them to play. The following would make the game better: More levels: there aren’t many levels in adventure mode and I beat them very quickly. Until recently, there was just nothing to do. Offline mode: the game frequently tells me I’m offline even when I’m not. It’s not my phone or internet that is the issue, it’s the game. Before the Blitz version, I couldn’t do anything because it said I was offline. Multiplayer nudge: no ability to nudge players is pretty frustrating. More characters: I essentially have no incentive to play the game. I’ve unlocked everything and the levels aren’t hard. Ability to adjust difficulty: I’d feel better about playing if I was able to adjust the difficulty on Blitz. It’s just too easy. Replay: I’d love the ability to replay levels. Perhaps assigning a star rating to levels would make replay more fun. More achievements would also incentivize replay. Lastly, the dictionary doesn’t include many words that are in fact real words.

Overall, I really like the premise of this game. I think it’s cute and fun to play.
I do wish the developers would add story mode levels more often, or at least provide us with a way to play against AI bot more than once a day (the daily match). I’d love to go into a “versus bot mode” where we can choose if we want an easy, medium, or hard bot to play against instead of having to find matches with real people who quit or forget after a day.
I also think some of the words that the bots play are outlandish. HOA should not be a word. GJETOST and SIJO are not words I have ever heard in my life because I don’t speak Norwegian or Japanese, respectively. That being said, I do see the latter two words an an opportunity to expand my vocabulary and learn more words, though I understand how that would seem unfair to other people, that the bots play words that aren’t English.

Uses incorrect words
Some words being used like CONF, BIALI, HOA, and QUETHE are not words. CWM is Welsh. YOM is a proper noun and consequently should not be used. HOA is an acronym. Acronyms are not allowed either. “Buik” is not a word in any English dictionary. Amido is NOT a word according to the Oxford dictionary. Maybe set the words to the Scrabble dictionary words? It’s really terrible to use words that aren’t really words. Children using this will learn wrong things as words. Adults are going to be frustrated. I’ve had word after word after word that the game plays that are not acceptable words. Please fix this.

Dictionary is beyond miserable and it’s buggy.
The dictionary they use is awful and inconsistent. The computer uses their special move nearly every turn and you have no control when you use yours. The daily rewards are usually trash instead of letters to unlock people (that shouldn’t be locked. The entire point is to play as characters). Not to mention the game will frequently just flat out not give you rewards even if you won and there’s no way to even submit a ticket about it. The game is so wildly buggy most of the time you can’t even play because it thinks you’re offline. The game could be fun as the art is cute, and some of the powers add variety, but unfortunately poor design, implementation, and zero support botch this entire thing. Shame.

Can’t use ethnicities, but can use ancient words referring to them from another viewpoint? What broken dictionary did they find in the dumpster and choose to use? Fun, but limited play
I love word games and I especially love word games that don’t focus on pay-to-win micro transactions. I quickly played through the entire game within a short time. Then a new level was added and I played through that one as well. My main complaint is that I’d like to see an in-game dictionary of some sort to show me a definition for words that the AI is playing, since I’m seeing a lot of abbreviations and proper nouns (which are generally not allowed in other word games of this nature). Additionally, I’d prefer to have the ability to choose which character I play with in the “story mode” levels, since there are several characters I haven’t been able to even see in action yet.
I’ve only played a handful of PvP games and ⅔ of them end without being able to play to the last round. I’m not sure if its timing out from the other player not logging in to play or if they manually forfeited, so some sort of info as to how I won prematurely would be handy.

Vs mode needs major improvements
I agree with the criticism of the story mode being ridiculous with the AI but I also think the vs mode needs a lot of help considering it’s what the bulk of players will be on given the sparse story mode updates. There needs to be a better matching system—it’s no fun getting matched with people clearly brand new to the game and trouncing them. Relatedly there needs to be an auto forfeit. I have like 8 matches open where people clearly gave up on the second turn because I got a huge point total but because the forfeit button isn’t in an obvious place, I’m forced to wait forever on their next turn. There should be a time limit after which you forfeit the match automatically if you don’t make a move.

Have a question. Need to report a bug
Wasn’t ready to write a review but don’t know where else to have my problem addressed. The only options for support are: 1)suggestions or 2)bad words
Don’t know how else to find out why I’m experiencing a technical issue. This isn’t actually a suggestion, but a “why?”. In one of my p vs p games it is my turn but now the letters I try to play won’t stay on the board (they go right back to my hand), as if it’s not my turn yet- but it is. (I took a video recording of it just in case I couldn't explain it well enough) It doesn’t happen in Blitz or with my other p vs p games. Just on this one board in this one game. I have tried deleting and redownloading the game twice. But it still happens exactly the same way each time. I will happily edit my review if this problem gets fixed or I get an answer.

Fun game, BUT..
Been playing this for a few days now, I’ve liked every character and their super power so far EXCEPT Ursula.. The stupid potion power thing is a really big word blocker and I don’t see how it gives me an advantage considering the letter lackeys already have a power up and Ursula just seems to give them more of an advantage. ALSO, I’ve noticed a lot of words you can’t play… I get it, it may be a kids game, but words are words and I think they should be used in game if spelled correctly. I’ve also came across an unplayable level, using Ursula against a letter lackey on Hard difficulty, the letter lackey uses power ups every single move and Ursula being completely useless has made me resign 6 times already.
