Is It That Hard??
This app is ridiculous. For some reason it does not ever remember my login info- making me start over each time I try to use it (which is not very often) and it takes multiple tries to get it to create a new account every time- Then when I do finally get in, the appointments etc are in there. 🤷♀️. Why do I have to spend 30 minutes trying to get in any time I want to use this??! I use lots of apps every day and can’t think of another one that even comes close to working so poorly.

Does not work and no option for tech support
Terrible. I cannot log in to a prior account - when I request a new password, it does not have a record of a prior account. So, I created a new account and I cannot get a verification email to activate a new account. I have requested numerous “new verification codes” but it never arrives. I have checked all email accounts I own, all junk/spam folders - nothing. No tech support options to contact.

Waste of time
My orthodontist sent me to this app for submitting documents. Unfortunately both the app and the web portal's developers never even considered the idea of creating a parental account for minors. This thing wants me to create and save separate logins and separate accounts for each child/patient. Stupid waste of time. Especially since every piece of documentation was already on hard record from their sister organization (primary dentist).

To the makers of this app, please learn usability
This app is literally the epitome of bad practice and design. We just want an app that retains our login information and has our appointments in one place. It has become a nuisance to have to reset my information and start over every single time. Look at your reviews... everyone is addressing their concern. I don’t know what is being updated every time but clearly it doesn’t tackle the most pressing issues.

can't even get past the first step of creating account
I've been trying to create an account for a week and keep getting a pop up message saying there was an issue communicating with the server. Worst app I've tried to use and can't create a profile, let alone access it

Its okay i guess only thing that is annoying is that you need to log in every time you enter the app

Crashes
This app logs you out, doesn’t let you log in with the right password and when it finally does, it just throws you out of the app entirely. I have only been able to login once. Needs some serious updates to be in a workable order for anyone to use.

Login stopped working
I loved the app but now it keeps telling me login failed and I even tried resetting my password which it gave me a new temp password but even that one says login failed. Is the app bugged??

Impossible to log in
When making an account it's giving me requirements to meet, I'm meeting all the requirements and still saying invalid. I've been trying for days and coming up with all different passwords and still no difference. Came to the reviews and found out im not the only one with this issue. Ridiculous !

What password
When creating an account, like any app it gives you requirements to making a password. Password must be 8-32 characters with at least one special character (no spaces). I made sure my passwords fulfilled these requirements and have been trying to make up passwords for an hour now and it still won’t accept it.
