Finger print not working
There are many complaints here about face recognition, finger print not working. I have the exact same problem. Once fixed I will up the stars. Other than that it is a pretty good app.

Broken but has potential
Some of the app is pretty good, it shows upcoming appointments and breakdowns of their over charged bills. Face ID and PIN for easy logins are both broken. Also many functions in the app take you to a web browser instead of handling in app. Once the bugs get worked out it could be good. You'd think with the amount of money they charge for their services their app would at least work right.

Face ID doesn’t work
I recently downloaded this app, I logged into the app with no problem, then I asked would I like to use the Face ID from within the app and this is where I get the spinning wheel going nowhere. I attempted to contact their tech support and I was told that it was my phone and not the app that is having the problem. Yet I’m able to use Face ID on numerous other apps with no issues whatsoever. Fix the problem and not the blame and you might get a few more stars.

Finger Print &4 digit passcode Don’t Work!!
Get the spiral of death trying to get these to work on this app. Also when trying to access with user and passcode from saved passwords it adds a blank space onto the user Id and won’t logon in until you backspace it out. It’s September 2021 time to fix these old problems on this app. Fix these and I’ll give you a 5 star review. EASY ACCESS IS A MUST!!!!

Website is better
This app used to be great.
I don’t know what changed, but it no longer works properly in dark mode. I can’t see messages at all, they’re just blacked out.
I can also no longer use Face ID to login. Every time I try, it freezes up on the settings mode.
Needs a major fix to be good again!

Good but...
It’s a good app but it doesn’t allow me to use the account settings that I want. It just constantly says loading and then doesn’t do anything else after that which forces me to close to app.

I have to reinstall every single time to use!
I think the portal is great, but I have to re-download the app every single time to access. I keep letting ‘Oops - something went wrong - try again’ and the only fix is to delete the app and reinstall … every single time.

Functionality decline
Used to be able to open and use this app with no problem. Now I input my password and nothing ever loads.

Doesn’t support Apple health integration
This could be such a powerful app if it interpreted with apple health. All my University of Maryland appointments results sync directly giving me easy access to everything. But not with Luminis. They are both epic systems there is not reason not to be a part of the apple ecosystem
