Love it!
I’m really loving this app. It’s quick and easy to get instant support with so many different aspects of Intuitive Eating. All the different “modules” have information that I learned when I took the IE course, but I still need the reminders and support to do them on a consistent basis. Some of my favorite “modules” so far… walking me through a meal and eating mindfully, listening to my fullness cues, emotional eating and dealing with bad body image days. I also really like the breathing exercises and the Feel Good Flash Cards with the positive affirmations - they always make me feel better about myself! As an added bonus I’m hearing a familiar voice walking me through it all! Love it!

Great app!
This app is helpful to anyone looking to improve their health! There’s so many different ways to be able to reconnect and stay in tune with your body, whether you need daily affirmations, guided breathing exercises, to review the IE principles, or help on a challenging body image day. I love the notifications and use them to get a daily feel good flash card.

best IE app
this app is great. it’s extremely helpful to me and very affordable. i love how many different ie topics the app covers, and i love the GPT AI chat, it’s surprisingly helpful and somehow makes me feel heard when i have no one, like talking to a real person. the coping mechanisms the app suggests when you’re struggling are very helpful as well. great app, cannot recommend enough :)
