Eyes straight ahead: When riding your eBike, you should concentrate on the road. That's why we've added a new feature to the navigation that makes this easier: From now on, turn-by-turn directions can be given by voice or as short tones. Simply follow the audio instructions to continue to reach your destination safely. The option can be set in the ride screen: During navigation, you can select at the top right of the screen whether navigation should take place with or without voice output. You ride smartphone on the handlebar or with your Kiox 300? No problem - the audio instructions also work with the mobile phone in your pocket if you use headphones, for example.
Navigation as it should be: On the trail, every second counts. We know that too. When you navigate with Kiox 300, you now get even more details. From now on you can see junctions, descents and turns. So, you stay in the flow.
Re-routing, quick and easy: If you deviate from your originally planned route, the eBike Flow app immediately calculates an alternative - without annoying instructions that force you to turn back. Just keep going. We'll show you the new route in seconds.
Come to the dark side: A new display option for the map during navigation is the "Dark map". The dark design is not only easy on the eyes, but also on the battery of the smartphone. You can activate this option during route planning under Map > select route profile > Map details.
Navigate smart, arrive on time: We have optimised the calculation of the arrival time so that the navigation learns from your previous journeys and responds even more precisely to you and your driving behaviour. By the way: With this update, we are trying out a new function. With the help of artificial intelligence, we suggest certain routes to you. This way, we can take many different factors into account and offer you even better, customised solutions for your route planning in the future. Please help us with your feedback by rating the route planning in the app.

Map details: Navigation and route planning are now even more individual! In addition to the route profiles, you can now display three types of map details: "eBike Heatmap" shows you heavily traveled routes. "Satellite" provides a simplified satellite view for more overview and details. "MTB Trails" shows you where mountain bike routes are located in your area. In addition, you can now select your desired route profile via quick selection when planning a route.

When you switch off your eBike, eBike Lock and eBike Alarm are automatically activated. The motor support is deactivated and your eBike reacts to slight movements with alarm signals. If your eBike is moved more significantly, you will receive a message on your smartphone, the tracking function starts, and you can track the position of your eBike in the eBike Flow app.
Important note: To be able to use eBike Alarm, the ConnectModule (available from your specialist bike dealer from autumn) must be installed on your eBike and eBike Lock must be activated.
Heart rate: Thanks to the Apple Watch integration and the SmartphoneGrip, you can now also see your heart rate in the eBike Flow app. While riding, you can use the LED Remote to switch between the Ride, Navigation and Heart Rate screens without taking your hands off the handlebars. So many features!
This app makes it possible customize my eMTB motor’s behavior, handles system diagnostics and has an anti-theft device—can lock the motor. Sweet!

Constant updates adds new features
App is great, the latest update allows you to use the apple watch app for heart rate monitor tracking, which is great! I can't get it to work, however. Even though my heart rate is tracked during the trip and is visible con the ride screen, none of my trips record the HR data. Exporting trip to strava exports it without HR data, reviewing the trip on the flow app does not show it saved any HR data... I don't know if I have a problem, or if the hr connection is only for visualizing your heart rate during a rise and not record it (useless!)

Incorrect activity data
App is pretty good, but my activity tracking data is wildly inaccurate. Measured distances are almost double what they should be. Seems to be an issue with the wheel circumference being set incorrectly, but my wheel’s circumference is not available in the list of possible dimensions. My wheel’s circumference is 2326mm but the highest available option is 2288mm. I’m not sure why we are only given a predefined list and not able to input a custom value.

Well thought out app
Though the app is well thought out and very detailed, it lacks good adjustability for the different drive mode customizations.
I have several of the Shimano EP8000 drive unit equipped bikes. The Shimano mode profiles have a much more natural feel to them and are my preferred choice when going for a ride. Please add more adjustability to the Bosch app to personalize the desired crude characteristics.

Allow multiple riders
Only one app/phone can be connected. This means electronic security can not be enabled for another rider as their app/phone can not connect without removing the original rider. This also limits the functionality of the display. Allow multiple riders.
