Elevate Rewards Hack 14.0.3 + Redeem Codes

The app never works fully on my tablet or iPhone. When I hit choose a date, a grey box pops up and that’s it. I can change dates but showtimes are unreadable. I hope it gets updated soon.
I just discovered it’s the same on the website. I’m having to use Fandango to find out the show times. Please update soon!

I have had this app since an Evo theatre opened near us years ago and it has not improved at all. As others have mentioned, you have to input ALL of your information on the app when purchasing tickets—name, email and payment. If even just your personal information was saved on the app and not the payment cards, it would still be a great improvement. There also needs to be a way to use your free tickets earned when buying tickets on the app. We’ve had so many tickets expire because we don’t live near enough to the theatre to be able to just swing by to buy tickets in person and use the free reward. And since the tickets have to be reserved, the best way is to purchase them online. Please make these two improvements and the app will be greatly improved! ***Unrelated to the app and it’s features—why are so many people leaving reviews for the ACTUAL THEATRE they go to? 😂 These are supposed to be reviews for the app so others can know if it’s worth it to download. Please leave your specific theatre location reviews to search engines and review sites on the internet, lol.

This is specifically about your app. Even though I’m signed in, I have to manually enter my name, email? and credit card information to purchase a ticket? When I go to account I can see my info and cards on file but I still have to manually enter my info. Does not make sense. Also your app is not user friendly it looks like it was designed by a 10 year old. I go to fandango to see your movie times and then come to your app to make purchases so I get the rewards. Your theaters are great please work on your app. You guys are better than this.

The theatre was very understaffed, it was difficult to order and when we received our food it was cold. It was hard to get in touch with a server and we never received our refills. The staff was very polite but you could tell they were not well supported and understaffed. Disappointed in this.

Multiple people have commented on the need for improvement of the app. I have read the comments and there are similar comments from various people going back a few years. Why aren’t you making the changes. Update the app do that rewards members don’t have to enter all their information every time they make a purchase. Allow the free movie tickets to be redeemed using the app instead of having to redeem them onsite. Increase the expiration date of free birthday tickets from 30 days.

Went to watch super pets and it glitched towards the end. They eventually fixed it but we missed about 10 minutes of it, they didn’t replay. Would’ve been nice to have been offered some compensation.

We have been patrons since EVO has opened in Schertz. This EVO has the best tasting popcorn of all the movie theaters of Regal in Schertz and EVO in New Braunfels. I admit the popcorn is not great every single time (which could use some work) we will continue to be faithful customers

Sure, you can make purchases but there is no way to view the tickets you just bought (heaven forbid you lose the email confirmation). I also hope you don't have to contact their help desk because the address they give rejects as incorrect. We had a minor family emergency and needed a refund, but the app (and confirmation email) were if no help. There is nothing like paying for a movie you can't watch. Thanks, EVO. We're going back to Santikos.

This app could be so much better with a couple of tweaks.
1. If the app stored your tickets when you purchase them so you don't have to go find the email. Tedious when you buy tickets during pre-sale
2. If you could apply your rewards to ticket purchases in the app. We never purchase tickets at the counter.

The file provided to download your ticket is not one commonly used. No ticket history on the app as well. No function to select what you are trying to do. I end up using my PC to purchase tickets online, even using the app to purchase tickets is a frustrating experience. Maybe it is just me but this app is useless, needs a new user interface. Logging g in is also a joke.
