Great upgrade!
Love the new ticketing feature! Being able to see the seat maps of the different showtimes is so much more convenient than the website!

Timer is Aggravating
The timer for purchasing the tickets continues to run even if you’re inputting information to establish an account. I finally get the account created and I’m in the middle of inputting the credit card number and it just times out and takes me back to the top level to start all over again. This needs to be fixed!

Online service fee
The app is easy to use but the online service fee is ridiculous! I bought five movie tickets totaling $50 plus $9.40 online service fee.

Terrible update
All my evo rewards have vanished. When I try to login it says my account doesn’t exist, yet I have emails sent to me which prove otherwise. Trying to request my password just says my email doesn’t exist, um, yes it does. Again I have the emails saying otherwise.

Difficult app
This app is so difficult to navigate. Barely can see because of the colors also. It’s so sensitive it keeps swiping you have to go back to the page you were on and hurry before the time is up.

Can’t save payment info - fails as an app
The purpose of this type of app is to be convenient. This one is badly made, as you can’t even store payment info (or pay via Apple Pay) for fast and hassle-free ordering.

Forgot save credit card
Google on Chrome remembers a credit card number. Buying Evo tickets on a computer remembers the credit card number using the phone app does it.

This is the worst app
It’s so slow, doesn’t transfer the points you had at the other old app, and doesn’t let you pay with cards on less is in your wallet.
