In order to truly complete my application I need to upload some documents and I have to do them on the computer, because this app lacks that function. In the app when I click on documents I am only given the camera option, and I really expected to photograph every page from my tax return instead of simply forward a PDF document?

I’m trying to do the right thing and cancel coverage since I have employer coverage. However, the new version of the app won’t download, the old version has a link that’s supposed to take you to where you can cancel coverage but when you select it, there is no option for cancellation. When I tried the website, it would only direct me to the app, and when I’ve tried calling, there is a long old, of which I am not utilizing my entire 30 minute lunch break or returning late to work from my lunch break due to the lack of service. The customer service line opens after I start work and closes before I get off. Therefore, I guess my family will just have the medical and dental coverage that we don’t need until somebody figures out we are no longer eligible for Medicaid.

The app never works. It doesn’t open right, you will get our app is currently down notifications all the time, White screens that say redirecting but never load.

The worst part is that the web browser on the phone forces you to use the app. This makes online help impossible. I never get my notifications because I can’t check them. It keeps asking me to go paperless and I’m glad I never did that because with out the mail being sent to my house my insurance would have been canceled in multiple occasions. Luckily I live close to a physical building that helps with these kind of things. I feel bad for those who don’t.

This needs completely redesigned.

I have been attempting to submit my application on this app for 3weeks. Every time I get to the end of the application, and submit, there is an error message. Every time. For three weeks! I have updated the app three times, none of the updates actually fix the issues. I had no issues applying for my children several months ago, but the app updated and now I can’t apply. It won’t ever submit. Always “there was an unexpected error with your request. Please try again later or call …” I’ve been try for 3 whole weeks. No change. At this point, I am delaying needed health care because it won’t let me apply! Very frustrating.

As with everyone else here - don’t bother downloading this if you haven’t already. I get stuck at login with a loading screen, I’ve actually let the thing run for several minutes before it loads into main menu screen.
You can *see* that you have messages, but you can’t access them beyond their title. Nothing on that screen is responsive when tapped.
I was able to renew my coverage and upload PDFs to my account via the app, but I still have to login using a desktop to read the messages to figure out what they wanted me to upload to confirm my income. -_-
This desperately needs to be fixed.

This App only allows a view only screen . The customer service agents can log into your account which you and the customer service share the same screen. The app doesn’t allow you to finalize your application. I had a customer service agent go into my account and make changes to my account without my authorization. These people that work for Maryland health connection will do everything and anything to prevent you from having health insurance. The app crashes and has many bugs .

This app doesn’t let you do a lot of things, it freezes more than anything, this app isn’t helpful, when you go online it keeps prompting you to go to app but don’t bother its non-functional. So this app freezes, keeps saying password is invalid, no updates come through app, not helpful to see where you are at in the process, don’t tell you if you were approved, documents needed, better off using website. When you call for assistance be prepared to get rushed off the phone.

The app kicks me out every time I want to log in. I have to log in multiple time until it finally lets me in. When I need to upload documents there’s no option to upload them. It tells me I have an incomplete form but won’t tell me what I need to do in order for it to be complete. Overall, this app needs a MAJOR update. I would just call them if you want to apply or renew your application.

Applying for healthcare should be easy with all the technological advances we have made, but this app is terrible. Enter your user name and password, and it says it’s not correct. Try to change your password and you don’t get an email with a link to change it. Worst app ever. Don’t try to end your coverage either, they will make you call 4 or 5 times before they stop charging you.

It does what I need it to do., but when are they going to update it to work with the iPhone X full screen? A lot of apps have been updated & it upsets me how long the iPhone X has been out & developers haven’t updated to take advantage of the full screen... When they do I’ll re-review & update my star rating. thanks!
