Felicity’s mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and easier to make part of everyday life. She teaches with clear, precise instruction with attention to detail, so you’ll feel as if she’s in the room with you, supporting and guiding you the whole way. Her classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes. Through her programmes you’ll develop a consistent home practice, so you can feel the transformative wellness benefits that yoga brings.
As a member of Felicity’s community, you’ll have unlimited access to a growing library of classes comprising a variety of yoga styles, including Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Yoga for Beginners, Runners, Breathing and Guided Meditation, plus her monthly vlog and much more.
You’ll have the freedom to practise at any time, wherever you are, viewing via your phone or tablet and you can even beam the videos to your TV. You can download classes to the app for offline viewing, and you can save your favourite classes for easy access.
Felicity is an experienced yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of training. She knows that yoga works best when it is done regularly so she wants help you to develop a consistent home practice, encouraging you to carve out more time to take care of yourself physically and mentally, to help you to feel good and to live well.
