Amazing! But I have a few suggestions...
Dear Abs Workout Team... Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app! I highly recommend it because I feel my abs burning down to the ground and there is a noticeable difference in my body. But there is space for improvement. Firstly, it would be great if you would add an option where you could also have a healthy diet with it or add an option where you could insert a food (For example: Pizza) and the app tells you how much calorie is in a pizza. Secondly, it would be really helpful if you would put the diet/exercise according to age, for example, I am doing these exercises with my 10 year old sister but some of the workouts just seem a little hard on her, so it would be great if she could download it for herself and do exercises proper for her age. Again, thank you so much for this wonderful app, looking forward to improvements! Highly recommended! Have a wonderful day! Best regards

So much impressed with my results with the app
I have been doing the exercises although not as consistently but I am so impressed with what the app is doing to my b9dy. Just finished my day 30 training and would want something for my upper arms. Was wondering if there is an option to have such.

Once again thank you so much for the app and the intensity in the training. They are great. I would recommend the app to everyone yearning to make their body and toned up muscles.

I have no complaints at all! But I do want to know can I connect my progress on this app to the Lose it! App? This app is amazing every body! I have done all 30 days twice and for many months I have been doing the last ten days (the hardest days) I love it! I have lost 35 pounds with a combination of this and and the lose it app! I am trying to convince my family to do it! It’s so easy and it doesn’t take forever 16 mins is the longest one! Amazing app!

Wonderful app but…
I love this app because it has great exercise that makes me feel the burn and stay fit without to much effort. It’s easy to use, exersizes are comforting and relatively easy ( you can still feel the burn). I reccomend putting a feature that lets you decide if you want to loose/gain/or maintain a certain weight. And the exercise could be costomizeable to what you choose. Great app overall!! 100% recommend💗

I am truly thankful for what you have created here. As a university student it’s very hard to afford a personal trainer and balance work and everything. I will always be thankful for the developers behind this app and how they truly care about fitness. I have seen results after completing the training and I mix it in with gym

Good workouts, confusing data
I enjoy the workouts and have seen improvements. Def keeps me motivated but my concern is that the Kcals being reported don’t make any sense. The app says I am burning on average 300+ calories per 7 min session. This is outrageous as it is expected to burn 5-7 calories per minute on and exercises. Therefore is should say at the most 49 calories per 7 minute workout. Besides the “reports” section this is a good app. Easy to navigate, lots of different workouts, and encourages you to make it a habit.

Definitely seeing results and I’m only on day 4 or 5 ! I can’t wait to see the results after the 30 days!!! And don’t have to pay for it!!! The workouts are quick to do considering Im a stay at home mom with a 9 month old it’s hard to find time to workout.

Slow and steady and awesome!
I’ve done other ab workouts and given up because they increase intensity too fast. This work out pushes me to my limits but I’m never overwhelmed and I can already see the changes in my abs and when I say changes I mean improvements. Looking forward to my new shape!

this app is really good and i’ve definitely seen some results, but i wish that it would extend to more than 30 days and also, i was hoping to see some better results... these are the few cons that i’ve found by using this app, but there are definitely lots of pros. The app motivated me to get fit, the exercises are very detailed. Overall, great!!! Thank you so much!!! (definitely recommend)

This is the best app for losing weight. Before I used this app I was chubby and after the use of this app I am now proud to be skinny. Many people want to lose weight but can’t go to the gym because of corona so they need to download an app to lose weight some apps require to pay but this app doesn’t.
