Introducing Videos & Attachments for Workouts
We’ve added a Workout Attachments feature that allows athletes to view videos, images, PDFs and other files that coaches have attached to individual workouts, giving athletes additional instruction and guidance.
What's New:
-Workout Attachment icon on workout card denotes attachments are available.
-Full list of attachments on the Workout Details page. Tap on an attachment to view.
-When viewing attachments, swipe left/right to go back/forth between each one.
-Workout Library has been updated to show attachments.
-Garmin icon on workout card denotes if a planned structured workout has been synced to your Garmin Connect calendar.
-Help & Support page on the more menu now gives options to view help articles and contact customer support.

For years now, Final Surge has been focusing on how to make coaches and athletes more successful. Our research showed that the single biggest reason coaches were losing athletes, and the income associated with them, was a workout-related injury. The single biggest reason athletes were failing to meet their fitness and performance goals was again, workout-related injury.
Now, when an athlete enters their workout in the App they simply tap on a point on a body graphic indicating the location of the pain, which opens the pain reporting screen with the following three sliding controls:
• Pain Level – A sliding scale of 1 to 10 of pain intensity.
• Pain Duration – A sliding scale of when the pain started and ended during the workout.
• Pain Trend – A sliding scale of whether the pain was increasing, constant, or decreasing.
