where does it go?
app works fine except, downloading documents from the app on iphone. it says download this document, click the download button, it says documents have been downloaded successfully. but to where? not the files app, not on the FSH app, so where are the documents?

So helpful
I have been feeling bad and knowing I had a sinus infection brewing due to getting them frequently. But, because of our current pandemic I didn’t feel like going to an urgent care was a good idea. I went back and forth should I even try this or not and I’m so glad I did. I put my info in, requested an appointment, and got a call in about 3 minutes. I spoke to the doctor, gave him my symptoms, he prescribed antibiotics and gave other OTC things(I already was doing, but good to know I was on the right track). All less than 5 mins, but I gave him the info he needed and vise versa. I got a text about a minute after I hung up about my RX being processed at my pharmacy and it was ready within the hour. It was so easy, I’m glad I did this. Felt like I needed to review since I went back and forth so much that hopefully this will help someone else.

Excellent Service and top notch medical care!
The app is state of the art and easy to use/request a virtual visit. Saved me much time and aggravation. Odd reviews seen below from fringe anti-vaxxers and anti planned parenthood physicians quoting bizarre sources. Have never had anything but quality care from First Stop. An app review should not be about your individual Political views. It should be about whether the app does what it says. Save your crazy world views for some other forum or chat room; your statements tell us nothing about whether the app works or not! LOVE the ease of using this app!!

No cost, Covid testing, easy to use
I have used this app multiple times and it keeps getting better! This particular time, I was exposed to family who tested positive for covid. The doctor assessed me and sent a link via email where I ordered a covid testing kit online. It arrived the next morning, I didn’t leave my house. I called FedEx and they had it picked up within an hour. 3 day turnaround from hanging up. Luckily negative, but huge advocate of this app & service.

IT issue
The app is fine except real Telehealth is not working when not able to see face to face with the provider. I had so much difficulty last visit as the system wasn’t working. At the end after so many failed messages that were kept dialling without connection, I had to delete the app in order to upload photos, I have been told. It would be much easier if we can just face time, and again even that solution wasn’t an option.

Love it
This came in so helpful. I had the worst sinus infection and there was no way I could take time off of work. I called. I got an immediate call back. Dr asked me questions I described all I was feeling he ordered prescriptions to my pharmacy I was feeling better that evening. No long phone wait. No waiting in my drs office. This was the most easiest.

Not usable for meds
The app is not usable for meds unless there are only 2-3 versions of it, or there are a lot and yours isn’t near the bottom. I was entering drugs for my husband for a virtual visit since he was sick and couldn’t add 3-4 of them since I was unable to scroll to the bottom of the list.

Unusable
App is unusable and I cannot figure out to speak with a doctor by “web, app, or phone”. There’s no information. When trying to talk to a doctor on the app, I have to go through the “help” there’s no tab for that. Then, it says “cannot read property “consult_fee” of undefined before continuing after choosing a pharmacy.

As of right now, I cannot use the app. When I try to find my account and confirm my information, it will not move forward at one point because it wants me to confirm my gender. However, there is no field on that page to select gender. So I am at a stand still
