• Analyzing route and real-time GPS data, we determine an estimated time of arrival to your stop provided on the FirstView® map.
Custom Alerts and Messages
• Set up push or email notifications alerting you when your student's bus is a chosen distance or number of minutes away from your stop.
• Receive push messages about why your student’s bus is late and an estimation of how long it will be delayed.
Multi-Stop View
• Buses for all your students can be tracked with FirstView®. Using individual colors for each student, every selected stop appears on the map simultaneously for easy viewing and differentiation.

Love this app and would like to make a suggestion
I love this app, and even though it has its ups and downs, it greatly serves its purpose and I am very appreciative! I would like to make a suggestion though. I would like a way to communicate with bus drivers to let them know, if my child wont be riding that day. I have children in where they are the only ones at a stop. If for example my child wakes up sick, I can’t really let the bus know ahead of time not to come. I would like a button on the Firstview app that says something like “Child wont be riding today”, that gets sent to the bus driver. Last year there was a shortage of bus drivers in my area, and with something like this button, I feel it would have lighten the load on bus drivers.

Wonderful until..
I just filled out a survey and give it 5 stars all the way! I love this app. I overlooked the couple days last week where it would say update failed and I would have to open and close app a few times. This morning it was up and running then failed to update and I was logged out. This afternoon it showed their buses but ultimately again failed to update, I guess so as it showed my daughters bus 10minutes out, then she walked in door. Seems there may be a bug in this latest update. But if it works one day a week I still consider it a blessing.

Don’t move or the app won’t work
This app used to work great, until we moved. It’s been 3 weeks and they still can’t figure out why my sons student ID is not working.
**update: it took about a month, but the app is working at my new address. I do have to say, although it took a long time, the support team (Steven I believe) was nothing but nice the whole time. The estimated time is way off sometimes, but I can still see where the bus is. Other than that it has been working great.

Concerned Parent
The accuracy of the drop off and pickup times aren’t reliable and the map sometimes doesn’t even show the bus location. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. I appreciate the application with a live view of the bus route, but the time is usually off anywhere from 10mins to an entire hour depending on the day. Very frustrating but also very dangerous as well when my children are dropped off sooner than expected or extremely late. The main cross-street is always flowing with traffic and the driver doesn’t ensure that a parent or adult is there to get the children off the bus.

Lags… by a lot
App was easy enough to set up and use. But the whole point of the app is to keep track of when the school bus is getting close. In this regard the app fails miserably. If I depended on this app to accurately predict when the bus is arriving, my kids would miss the bus every day. Bus on map will jump a mile or 2 during one refresh cycle, app is not updating bus location every 30 seconds as it claims to. App doesn’t update that the bus has arrived at our stop until AFTER the bus has already left! This is not like the Uber app where you can see where the driver is and how close he’s getting in real time. This was a nice idea in theory, but poor execution. Almost completely useless.

Needs Update
It works for my older children’s buses but unfortunately not for my youngest. It shows wildly inaccurate locations and since we have a window of 10 minutes that the bus shows up, we have almost missed it many times. Today we missed it, since it is 8 degrees outside and the tracking said the bus was 10 minutes away, we stayed in the house as to not freeze. It was not and actually came early. The bus company itself is wonderful. Just needs accurate tracking. I have tried seeking customer support but every time I hit submit, it says invalid action and logs me out.

Totally useless
I used to love this app because it had a little countdown on the screen of an estimation of how many minutes away my daughters bus was. That feature is gone now. I emailed my feedback through the app and the response I got was that that feature was never there. Makes no sense. I was told that the gps on the map would be able to tell me the location of her bus in concordance with the pick up location(using a visual marker but it is NEVER accurate. My daughters bus was in front of my house and the app showed that it was on the opposite side of the city. It’s useless and it’s very frustrating. I emailed screen shots to ask for help and never got a response.

Bus NEVER ARRIVED!!!
My grandson and daughter attends Springfield elementary and take the bus off Sunnyvale and Butternut. For almost 2 weeks the bus has not been here. My grandson‘s mother has been in a life-changing accident and can no longer drive and has no left arm. In order to maintain medical and bills we have to work. My daughter has called every single day this week and last week let them nowThe bus has been late and per the principal he states just to sit out there and wait. Today is October 1 Friday in Per theThe principal at Springfield elementary he said the bus will be on time today just letting you know we need the bus

Inaccurate
App is probably less than 50% accurate just this morning it said my kids bus was 15 miles away in a completely different school district but their bus ended up being on time. So however they track the busses is horrible. Otherwise the app is ok not a terrible user experience but the entire point of it is to track the bus so it’s main function doesn’t work hence the one star review. Maybe it’s the local company’s data entry or maybe it’s the drivers or it’s the app but the utility of the app goes completely away if it isn’t accurate.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work , the pickup and drop offs location you input to track the bus doesn’t work. The location you saved and all of sudden the next day when you want to track the bus see if your kid is almost home it won’t show gps location Because the location drop off has somehow been deleted within the app. You constantly have to re add pick up and drop off times / location. It’s absolutely annoying that we as parents cannot rely on a simple tracking app to see where our kids are.
