This version of Couch to 5K aims to improve usability through an improved user interface and a selection of bug fixes.
- New interval breakdown chart helps you visualise the the warmup, run and walk segments both before and during the workout.
- New run setting that allows you to disable the warmup and cooldown intervals.
- Resolved a bug where the countdown would continue to -1s before ending the workout.
- Resolved a bug with voice coach that would stop the music and require it to be restarted by the user. With this improvement, music is faded down before voice coach announces a change of interval and then your music is faded seamlessly back in.

- Skip Intervals such as walking or warm-up if you want to speed up your workout. Force touch the workout ring to display the workout action menu and select the skip workout option.
