Perfect APP for Private Pilot License!
Finally, a general aviation APP with up-to-date information!! It’s convenient and a great way to continue studying for ground school without having to carry my huge book around. I was elated to stumble upon this APP while searching for studying tools to incorporate for ground school. The APP layout is user friendly and the test questions are setup just like you are taking the real exam! Awesome. Even if you only have a few minutes to study, this APP makes it possible to click and get all the info you need in each category. The only con — sometimes when opening the APP, it is slow to download and I can get on faster by going directly to the website, but that’s the only minor issue I had. Updates are fairly frequent keeping you current with the latest information you need. I am excited to have this APP available for a low fee. Worth every penny. Thanks so much, Flight Academy for this awesome APP to to assist with pursing my Private Pilot License/Certificate.

This program rocks!! Don’t waste your money anywhere else!!!
This training resource has been so great! I love having the learning material literally at my finger tips so I can do quick study sessions when ever I have a free minute. I would also like to notate the customer service. I was trying to update so I could have the explanation function and my app wouldn’t let me. I reached out to customer service thinking I was out of luck, with in no time they fix my issue AND updated my app free of charge. Thank you! Can’t wait to pass my written!

The app “installed” with no problem. When I tap to open the private pilot section, it started “downloading app” and, after a very long time, got to about 80%. There, it hangs and progresses no further. Even turning off the screen causes the process to abort and I have to start the downloading again from the beginning. It looks like it might be a useful app, and I would probably have purchased the upgrade, but I’m not willing to pay money for an app that might or might NOT even work.
Edited after reply from developer: After repeated attempts, I was finally able to get everything downloaded and working probably. I changed my rating from one to four stars and thought I had deleted my comments, but apparently, I had not. I’ll leave the original comments so the developer’s comments will make sense, but all is well now.

The app still crashes upon launch
Left a review about a week ago and got a weird response back. While I was expecting a reply on how a patch was coming, I got instead a snarky remark on my low review. I pay for this app, I do expect some amount of gratitude and appreciation. I’ve used this app for my PPL and Instrument written, and I do love it, but I had my Commercial Written today and would’ve loved to have studied with this app. But again, upon launch it crashes, or it will crash within 30 seconds. So over to King Air, I guess. I’ll give a 2 star this time though, hopefully it satisfies your ego.

Best exam prep
I bought this app after getting my endorsement to take my exam from another ground school, however I felt under educated to pass the exam. This app is a great study guide and has very intelligent features to track your progress. I will definitely be getting the IFR version when the time comes. I passed my written with a 97%.

Results are everything
I used this app for my instrument ground school requirement. I thought the app itself is fantastic. Very easy to follow and the metrics provided were excellent.
However, the only thing that matters is the FAA test. I scored over 90 on my practice tests and knew the questions very well. I passed my FAA exam thankfully, but my score was much lower than my scores on the app practice tests. There were a number of questions on the FAA test that were not covered in the app.

Making the the best aviation APP in apple store
I've been looking for an aviation APP that can be updated frequently and less pay. NOT like ASA app nobody improves that.
I used the ASA app for my aircraft mechanic course that explanation for each question is insufficient.
Technical support responded quickly when are in the trouble.

Wretched interface
I’m locked out of the app because of the interface. The “submit” button is blocked by the keyboard, which is rather infuriating. The fact that it even requires you to input a password so frequently is absurd, considering it’s just a study aid, and not exactly a critical encrypted document database.
They get you hooked in and then don’t support their program. There are only frequently asked questions on their support page.
You should keep looking to find the right study tool.

Great aviation study app!
I love this app, and I think it is more effective than Gleim for me. Also much more affordable. I regularly switch between iPad, iPhone and web based on my computer and it syncs my progress flawlessly. The learning module is also pretty effective, at least for me.
