Description

This is a basic simulator of the Kenong gamelan instrument. It is tuned in the slendro laras tuning system and uses sound samples from the Snail's Progress Gamelan which was made by great Javanese gong smith Pak Tentrem Sarwanto from central Java.

The Kenong notes are 1, 2, 3, 5, 6
There is also a Kempyang and a Ketuk

Strike notes with a quick tap and dampen the note by holding the pot.
