Swol also uses 1 Rep Max Equations to help you with Progressive Overload. It does so by using your Last Set to calculate the max amount of weight you should be able to lift for your selected Rep Target.
This means that you are going to get results as fast as possible, because you are listening to how your body is performing now, and adjusting so that you avoid injuring yourself, or wasting your time working way below your body's capacity.

[-] We notify you when your set break is complete so that taking proper breaks feels like less of a hassle. Until then, you can focus on your breathing with a breathing shape, or do anything else on your phone.
