I just spoke with management and she said she’s going to reach out to corporate to fix this problem with this app. I was at the gym just yesterday, where I saw the “Explore tab” to register for group classes. Now, it’s completely gone! I have been with this gym for over five years, and now that I’m in team trainings, semi private, supporting this gym and Compel, and this app doesn’t work for me to sign up for classes, that I am paying for monthly. This is extremely inconvenient!
