Please add Apple Pay as a payment option

The fact that I can’t set a default theater is ridiculous. Already bought tickets at the wrong theater once because I backed out to select a different time and assumed it was at the same theater but turned out it wasn’t. Called the theater multiple times to get a refund prior to the movie start time but got no answer. I did get a response a couple days later after submitting a complaint via the app. Also, makes no sense why rewards for tickets can’t be redeemed in app and must be done in person. So if I want to reserve tickets using my rewards in advance, I have to drive to the theater to do so? Call me lazy but I’m really looking at the waste of gas. Fix those two things and it’d be a 5-star app in my opinion.

I like using this app as a whole to reserve our tickets.. it does seem a little outdated. If you pick specific seats and it times you out, then those seats are ‘gone’ next time you try to get them. I doubt anyone wanted those specific seats while I was logged out one minute. I just wish it wouldn’t take up seats like this, I do like how they have rewards though!

Use this app one time to order two tickets and it declined my card which I know I have money on. Said “declined” yet charged my card 4 time $33 which is $132. Do not use this app unless you want money taken from you now I’m going to have to probably get my debit card changed out and everything else all because this app doesn’t work properly. Thanks for the wasted time.

Just wondering when using the GTC app, if we’ll ever be able to redeem rewards points for movie tickets directly from the app?

My favorite location is a 15 minute drive one-way IF not in traffic so it’s kinda a hassle to go there to buy advanced tickets with the same points when the feature could be added to the app, saving an unnecessary trip.

Pooler 12 is the best. Employees are great and the seating is incredible !

However, not if you want to check local movies or buy tickets. I used this app on my 6s and it worked well. I had no issues. Updated my phone to the Xr, now the app won’t work. Just a black screen. Like they said in Spinal Tap, how much blacker can it get? None. Uninstalled. Rebooted phone. Reinstalled. Same black screen. Please update the app so I can use it to check the schedule and buy tickets.

Decent app, but either employees are not scanning correctly or the app is not functioning properly. I am an avid “movie goer” and my app hasn’t added movies viewed or concessions since April. GTC Customer support is responsive, but app is really letting me down. Please address and fix...

App is good when it’s working, but I can’t redeem reward points in the app, and 2000 points (20 movies) is a little ridiculous to earn one free ticket don’t you think?
