Need a software upgrade and more

First I don’t like that all the games that I was winning on when I signed up are no longer available to play due to a constant error message when trying to load, how convenient and Tech support blames device I’m using even though it’s the same device I use all the time to play . Also bonus spin games won’t load contact tech support and still no resolution so I lost over 60 free spins. Cashing out is also a problem takes over a week to get paid but two seconds to deposit. I will be looking for another site as I love my slots .

Horrible Support, Hold up on Withdrawals

I’ve been with Harrahs for years and can tell you to avoid this casino at all costs. Horrible customer service, no response to emails and limited availability .. which is just the casino being frugal. They claim they have little customer service due to corona virus, but the truth is this is a NJ licensed casino and to use that excuse for 6 consecutive months is unacceptable. The NJ Casino Commission should revoke their operating license. Management simply does not care, and when you have withdrawal problems, good luck getting your money. Good luck getting a response or answer with regard to your withdrawal. It’s clear what is going on here, and this is coming from a long time player and supporter of the brand. They have fallen apart, won’t invest limited capital to answer customers and they will not be getting any additional chances. Shame on you Harrahs for how you tread your customers! To Harrahs Management: Don’t even respond to this review because you are only sorry you have someone pointing out what you have known for months ... you don’t respond to private emails and customers, but you will respond to public comments. Oh the hypocrisy! I hope your online casino gets shut down and I will be notifying the commission exactly what you are doing. You don’t deserve to operate this casino.

They’ll keep your winnings

I’ve been using this app on and off for some time. They’ve changed a lot about deposits and payment methods and for some reason, my play+ card got deactivated. So, I haven’t been using it as much since there aren’t any good withdrawal methods without play+

Yesterday, they sent me $5 free to play. I ended up winning $150, so I decided to cash out to pick up at the cage. It said it can take 24 hours. Fine. After 24 hours, still nothing so I reached out. They’re insisting I confirm my last deposit method in order to get my money, even though that deposit has nothing to do with the money they owe me. I can’t even fathom how that’s legal. So I basically have no way to cash out my money since the last deposit is for an account I closed and the debit card has been destroyed.

So, basically they’ll steal from you and call it legal. I’d stay far away from this app. I’m so disgusted by this

Too slow to pay

The software and game selection seem fine. I lost some Then I won some. I am giving three stars because they pay too slowly. It took me a week to get my money the first time I cashed out and I am still waiting after four days for them to verify my most recent cash out. Most of the other casinos I have played on process your payment within a day, why can’t HarrahsCasino do the same thing? There’s no need for a lengthy verification process. I don’t think I will be playing anymore with them because of this. Borgata, Tropicana, Virgin have all paid within a couple of days. No excuse to make people wait a week or longer especially when you take the money in a matter of seconds. Sorry to be negative but I don’t appreciate the delay.

Verify withdrawal

Not sure why but they had to verify my withdrawal by me uploading my PayPal account screenshot. I’ve played on 3 other sites and never had to do that. And if I knew there were no live dealers at all I would have never even downloaded this app. Not sure how long it will take for them to send my money back now. The verification process was way to complicated. They send an email then I click on the link then you are asked to send screenshot and when I go back it closes the screen and u can’t upload the screenshot. Ridiculous

Worst service ever, & I am 7- Stars. Much better options out there

I played here because the video poker odds are slightly better than other sites, and I like to earn Caesars reward credits and tier credits for my play.

Never again. I am finished.

The deposit process is clunky and antiquated and the withdrawal process takes a crazy token system. Let’s just make things as difficult as possible!

Meanwhile, I deposited large $ in order to get 300 free spins on some cheap games. Should be fun. However, immediately none of these games worked…and they still don’t and now the spins have expired. EVERY OTHER GAME FUNCTIONS, except the free spins.

I have been going around and around with support, to no avail. They make broad technical suggestions, which I follow, but none work, because obviously, since every other game works, the issue is on their end.

And be clear: I am a 7-Stars player. Their highest tier. I am supposed to get treated like royalty? Comical. I have given suggestion to make this right. I am merely ignored.

I have never in my life posted a negative review of any app or any service. Congrats Harrah’s——you’re the first. At least I won’t write another, I am done with you.

Worst Casino App in NJ

Harrahs is great at letting you deposit $$ but if you happen to win on any of their rigged games (classic BJ) being the worst. You’ll never see any withdrawals. They make it extremely difficult to take $ out of the site, many hoops to jump through and you’ll still never see your money for weeks. They have NO live dealers, which is why they can rig it. I’ve never seen a cpu dealer get such great hands consistently. Stay away. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. DraftKings is probably the best because of their promos, and 1X play through on bonus $$. I like FanDuel and Bet Rivers. MGM & Borgata are good, but if you use their bonuses, be prepared to play them through 25X…which is not realistic. Caesars Sportsbook is good but glitches often.

Still waiting for winnings. No response.

I am a long time, established online player in NJ. I have made withdrawals at the casino cage, to PayPal and to my bank. I am a Diamond player in their brick and mortar casinos.

HarrahsCasino now holds onto your withdrawals for almost a week or more before paying - and that includes PayPal withdrawals, which normally just takes a few hours at other casinos.

Emails go unanswered except for an automated response that they received your email.

You log in to check on the withdrawal status and you get a pop up trying to get you to reverse the withdrawal and keep playing. This is even after the two-day limit they claim they have to make reversals.

It is clear the intent of HarrahsCasino is to stall as long as they can before paying - they clearly no longer operate with the intention of treating the player with honesty and respect.

You have to wonder in what other areas have they changed. Have the games also tightened up?

Do yourself a favor and play on another online casino. The NJ DGE has a full list of online casinos to choose from.

Worse online casino app!!!!

After having a repeated problem I decided to call instead of doing an online chat which was not helpful. The male ( refused to give me his name) that answered the phone was nasty, rude, and obnoxious ... actually declaring” this conversation is over and hung up” not resolving the issue. I called back, they verified the previous call, resolved my issue, and then I asked for a supervisor and to no avail no contact. They are the only online casino that makes you jump through hoops to withdraw your winnings. Ridiculous system !!! I still haven’t received my withdrawals. Do yourself a favor play BORGATA, GOLDEN NUGGET OR SUGAR HOUSE. They know the meaning of customer support and service.

Very difficult to pull your winnings

I am on a bunch of different apps and this casino is the most difficult to pull your winnings out. First, I hit for $3500 on Gonzos Quest. While the game was in the free spin mode, it froze and kicked me out. Fortunately, the game kept my progress at $761 with 3 spins left. On the last free spin I hit for 2800 but the game froze again. This time when I logged back in, it only had me winning 761. After numerous calls, they were able to confirm my 3500 winning. When I attempted to withdraw 2k, they wanted bank statements,DL and pics of the original deposit card. After that, they still denied the withdrawal. I will never play this casino again
