HAS NOT LET MY WINNINGS WITHDRAWAL

The app is like most of the other apps. I wish it had High 5 Games and the Everi deluxe won’t launch, but I have 2K in winnings that needs withdrawn and it sits there. I think all my paper work is correct, but I would like to withdraw! I am worried the funds will not work draw. I think it odd a ploy to make you spend it. I have never had the app take more than 24 hours and this one is taking days and days. Not one withdraws has through. I don’t want to say it’s a scam. I can’t find the contact support either so I can’t call anyone?

Horrible app with bad GPS

First off the geolocation does not work if it does I can play maybe 5-10 spins before it shuts me out and I have to go back into the game to me it throws off you entire roll if you want to play without interruption then go to any other gaming app this is by far the worst casino app I have!!
I have never had this much issue before in the old app but this is ridiculous I can't enjoy a game if I have to login and out 15 times in 20 minutes, and the bonus your never gonna beat the bonus with this happening do not deposit your money if you want to get it back in a timely manner either every time paypal is instant or with in 3 hours max this is unacceptable that it takes 2 days minimum to where I have gone 7 days without a payment to PayPal and they blame PayPal it's sad really but that's my experience I pray yours is better good luck lol 😂

Going round and round with them since May 31, 2023

It has been four days now since I have been trying to withdraw from my account. When I have been told to call the 800 number for assistance I have done that only to be answered by recording that then disconnect you almost immediately. I have sent multiple messages asking for help and while I have been given information, I have really been given the runaround. I am hopeful that someone will contact me soon or my withdrawal request be deposited in my checking account. While the representatives were always willing to help they really did not look into my issue or I would have my funds by now. Poor customer service and very disappointed.

Withdraw!

I’ve put in all my documents, etc. I go through customer support and they tell me all my documents are good just to turn around and now keeps asking for me to upload a utility bill after I’ve already done it 20 times. I’m going on 5 days fighting with them. Then I’m told I can come into the casino but would have to bring all them documents. JUST FOR A WITHDRAW. customer support is a joke. The one girl just kept repeating herself then I got a big annoyed and she just left the chat. All of the representatives tell me something different every single time. So good luck getting your money from them unless you live close enough to the casino.

so-so

the game-play is going to be pretty much the same, layout is the same too. the user face of the app is nothing to complain about if you’ve been on tropicana when they were caesars. the only issue that i’ve been having pretty consistently is the location tracking seems to be glitching. i live, eat, and breathe pennsylvania. so when i get a warning before i can play a game, a notification will tell me im not located in PA. that happens— i have to log out, close the app, the whole 9…

Caesar’s wasn’t a golden experience but…

At least I could launch a slot without experiencing constant “failure to locate prompts”, no matter what i do the app can not verify I’m in PA. Not off to a great start. I’ve also never had to verify with every payment method I’ve chosen to deposit with, I had my Caesars account for a while, some of the debit cards i used to deposit in the beginning i no longer use, along with their perspective checking accounts, but when logging in on the browser I'm prompted to upload bank statements for accounts I no longer use. I guess one hurtle at a time

Customer support

The customer support takes a lot longer to get in touch. I tried to withdraw my winnings but still not allowed. The reason provided was I have tried to deposit using a different card on different persons name.
I understand it but couldn’t understand why they allowed me to withdraw when the amount was small. When it comes to big winning money they doesn’t allow you punt bringing u lots of police’s that allows them to not pay up.
So I strongly say if you wanna Winn small play here otherwise choose other apps.😡😡😡

Absolutely Horrible

I never had a problem when it was Caesar’s. I’m not quite sure what happened when the Tropicana took over. They give you bonuses but the problem is I cannot play one game. I logged in today & all my bonus money is gone. It states there is a problem with my location. I Do not have any problems with any other Casino or Sports App in the state of Pennsylvania only the Tropicana. This has been an ongoing issue & is just ridiculous at this point. Save yourself the aggravation & play at 1 of the PA casinos.

Withdrawal and Customer Service

Please stay away from this casino- there are way better ones to be using. It took 5 days for my withdrawal just to be approved. Customer service was very unprofessional to me when just wanting to verify if they received my request. At the end of the day- if you are not prepared to handle the withdrawal- you should not be a casino. I suggest MGM- or Draft Kings.. ways better customer service.

Verification is suspect

I filled out all info and uploaded required bill and license. Then they wouldn't verify me unless I gave them my entire social security card. First of all I have been to there casino in Atlantic City and out of all the casino apps I have (about 8 or so) I have never been asked to upload my SS card. Never. Sounds suspect and closed right away. Didn't spent one cent there and certainly never will. By the looks of others ratings it probably was the best choice. Well off the spend money elsewhere.
