they make it impossible to do anything
first i had to upload my id. okay no big deal did that waited a day and they said well now we need a picture of your passport, luckily i already had my passport (most expect everyone has one, that still wasn’t good enough so i needed to upload my social security card i oredered a replacement because i lost mine did that and they denied it… it’s just crazy the only good thing this app has going for it is bracket and ring events but it’s not worth it. i’ve heard lots of comments about people having to fight then to take out there money when they win

Do not play on this app….no seriously.
So I’ve been playing on this app for like a month. I’ve only deposited money one time to get my bonus to start. I ended up winning a couple hundred dollars and trying to withdraw it. They required me to submit five different documents just to get approval to withdraw the money. Of those documents you must send in pictures of your bank account. It took 12 days for them to process that payment and another four for it to get transferred to my account. I then got money from the free spins and ended up winning a tournament for $300. They told me it would take one day to get my money as I withdrew it. It’s now day six and their support won’t even let me send a message to them anymore. This is the most corrupt site in the history of poker. I’d rather play an offshore site. Besides the feeling that you are playing against bots who know you’re every move, you will never get money approved to withdrawal unless you contact them cause they don’t wanna pay you out and want you to reverse it.

Good luck trying to get your money
I’ve won several tournaments. Racked up about $400 in winnings. When it comes time to collect, they run you through the ringer. They wanted my full bank account number in a recent statement. My bank blocks out all the numbers except the last 4. This doesn’t work for wsop. I went to the bank and got a signed document from the bank with my whole account number and my name and everything else they needed. I submitted it and I got no response for several days. I called their customer service number and they pulled up my info and they said they could accept the bank from because it said deposit on the top of the form. Are you kidding me? They have no problem taking money out of my account with a bank card but they can’t put money in. It’s a scam. I play on FanDuel and they actually pay you just by using the same method that pay you them with. So it can be done, but WSOP refuses. I’m at the point where I want to get an attorney involved just out of principle.

App won’t connect
I usually play on my desktop. However, I started playing on my phone a few weeks ago. It’s always disconnecting me while I’m in the hand. It’s always saying I’m not in Pennsylvania and will disconnect me when I am in Pennsylvania now I can’t even connect on my desktop or my phone it just keeps spinning and won’t even take me to the login page. if you play two games on the mobile app and it automatically switches you back when it’s your turn it’s very easy to hit the call button when you want to fold because you don’t know that it’s gonna hurry up and swap you back over to another game and you could be thinking you’re hitting a button them that you’re playing so you had to be extra careful two games.

Typical poker site SKETCHY!
The variants and mathematics behind online poker are different then in person so I understand the bad beats although it’s weird to see quads back to back and fullhouses to follow that. Yes you read that right I’ve witnessed that. Anyway besides that i deposited money to my Jersey account won $180 and won $143 in PA. I cashed out in jersey and all of a sudden they banned my account as a “business decision” I can never personally make an account with WSOP ever again for literally no reason then they wanted me to play more. I will never ever ever again in my life support wsop. Horrible app horrible customer service and all around a disgrace as the “face” of poker

Won’t let you withdraw winnings
Besides the absolute horrendous beats that are constant on this app (if you are looking for a 2 outer on the river you are about 90% to hit it), you can’t get your winnings unless you want to go down to Harrahs and claim them there. Weird how they can pull money from my checking account just fine but when I want to withdraw my winnings, all of a sudden there is an error that supposedly they are working rapidly to fix (which is the response I have gotten for a couple weeks now when I send emails to customer service). Deposit at your own risk here.

Not good app or customer service
Customer service is terrible it’s hard to get a hold of anyone or have them help you in any meaningful way. The app is extremely intrusive after giving all my personal information they also then wanted me to give them scanned copies of all that information? first time I ever had to do anything like that. Why is my ID not good enough? I have numerous other accounts set up and verification is not an issue. With that said other issues would just be layout setting options just not good.

Cannot play right away
I usually play live but Needed to kill some time. I downloaded the app wanting to jump on and play. Been waiting for hours for them to approve government issued ID in order to make deposit . Now by the time it gets approved I will no longer want to play. Very Disappointed.

Not waste your time or money
Poker site is typical. Hands out bad beats and you wonder if you are playing against a bot. My problem is with withdrawing funds. They take your deposit, no questions asked. BUT, as soon as you withdrawal, they want all your personal banking information. It is a joke. Once you provide all the requested information for withdrawal, you think you are good to go for the next withdrawal. No, they make you provide all the information again. It’s ridiculous

Don’t understand!!!
I’ve been playing Poker for YEARS both at Casinos (brick n mortar) as well as Online.
I have an Active account on every possible Casino available and I just don’t understand why I cannot get my acct up and running on WSOP!??
I’ve been in the IT Field for 27 years so I know what to do around a computer and Online so it’s not an Error on it end!!
I cant Log into my acct because I forgot my password! Clicking the “Forgot Password” DOES NOTHING because I never receive an email to Reset it.
I’ve sent over ALL necessary Documents to Verify my Identity (not my first Rodeo…… I’m very aware of ALL the Steps necessary to open an Acct to Gamble).
Oh well……. It’s been over 5-6 months now of Countless Emails, “Scratch your Eyes Out” Headaches and every other PITB Nonsense!!
I’ll continue to do business elsewhere
