Put the power of self-care back into your own hands. Monitor your health using Health Storylines in real-time and make the most of our 60+ customizable tools to manage multiple diseases and conditions in one place.

Healthcare is complicated but we are on a mission to make it easy and organised for you. We know how hard it can be to keep track of your countless appointments or the importance of having the right pill at the right time and we don’t want anyone to feel overwhelmed with their own health care regime. Our all-in-one tool allows you to track your vitals, medications, appointments, symptoms and moods in an extremely organised and simple manner. No more downloading multiple apps for each medical condition because Health Storylines does all your work for you.
We understand that “self-care” isn’t just one, pre-defined way to get better. It’s a complex road where YOU have the power to record, create and share your own health stories. We help you on this path with the following features:
Track everything: We have multiple screens and options that allow users to track everything from their appointments, medicines and its frequency, symptoms, moods and daily vitals etc. If you’re feeling unwell post a certain food you consumed, want to document how a procedure made you feel or want to keep a tab on your daily pulse, we’ve got your back!

Join a supportive community: You are never alone! We have a super supportive and engaging healthcare community who have similar conditions as you. If you want to share your experience, have any doubts or just feel low, reach out to people in this community and they’ll be sure to remind you that you’ve got all the support you need. You can also create your own circle of support made up of your peers, caregivers and loved ones and share your regular progress in these groups.
Health Progress: Not only can you track your data in one place, you can also easily access all past data and use that to draw comparisons and to understand how you’re currently doing. You can also download your personalized data in a CSV or PDF file to share with your doctor, caregiver, or to simply keep for your own personal records. Connect with Apple HealthKit to house all of your important health data in one place and visualize your steps, sleep, and heart rate along with your other health metrics.

Medical Treatment Adherence: In order to recover faster, we recommend you add personal reminders for everything. These can be set to any desired time interval and they’ll ensure that you follow your healthcare regime as precisely as possible.
Self Reflection: This app is not only for tracking your health and symptoms, we also encourage you to document how you feel on a daily basis via the journal tool. The expression of your thoughts is equally important on a road to recovery and by jotting down your thoughts daily, you will be able to better understand your progress.

Create Your Own Circles of Support: You are never alone! If you want to share your experiences, have any doubts or just feel low, reach out to people who love and care about you. Health Storylines allows you to create your own circles of support made up of your peers, caregivers and loved ones and share your regular progress with them.

AylaUlmaria,
Nice, but minor bugs
I haven’t been using this for long, but like the idea so far. There’s a bug or two and I can’t find a place that works to contact, so I’ll do it here. In the daily vitals log you’re able to enter weight in lbs and it charts it properly, but when you go back to look at the data, it changes the weight into kgs. Even though it’s still charted in lbs and you can update it, it goes back to kgs. I will be adding a comment to each day with lbs just in case, but it would be a nice fix. It also gets stuck when you try to add a new vital other than the few options available. It freezes up. Thanks!
Sunshine and me,
Sharing a tender moment. Thank you Health Storylines
The use of this app has made my live easier. The benefits I've received are too numerous to state at this time -because I have something else to tell you. I'll come back to update my review so I can share them.
I'm here today to share my gratitude to the team of developers behind this app. As I was searching for some info I stored in my phone, I found something I wrote in a widget of this app. Without the opportunity of having the app, I may never have written about this treasured time in my life. I just now found & read it. I had to tell someone who may appreciate and have an interest in this tool.
The joyful moment I wrote about was that of my granddaughter and me. You see it's so special , tender, yet aching because she left/ died a few months back. I now have it in print. If I had not written it, I'd still be say "Sunshine, remember ......? NANA, HOW Can I forget? You are always reminding me".😇😘
Yes, I'll be back to tell you the tremendous contributions Health Storylines has made to my life. For now I'll go wipe my tears of joy as I remember that day.
stacy the spoon,
Love what it has...miss what it doesn’t
I love the tools this app has. It has more to offer than I could have dreamed and it fits my needs for POTS -minus one small thing. I would love to see a spot to store my emergency contact info, like doctor’s names and numbers and emergency contact names and numbers. Also, because I take some very rare medications not listed in the medication tracker, a fill-in option for medications not listed would be great, and an option for as needed medications. Otherwise, I will be recommending this app to other POTSies as a symptom tracker. Thanks!
zmoodaframily,
Loved this app until the latest update...
Love this app until the latest update. When I updated this app yesterday, now I can’t “manually” put in when I take my medication (like set the date and time, so if I take a med, but my phone is plugged in and I can’t get to it to put it in, I’ll put it that I took my pill 1/2 hour ago at 8:30 when now it’s 9:00). Also, I can longer see my medication history to see when I took my meds! Please change this back!
Sugarbear88,
Great idea, bad execution.
The app, is a brilliant way for you and your provider to keep track your headaches and migraines but it misses the mark. The diary is entirely too basic to truly breakdown the specifics of migraine and there are no options to add notes.
I’m not a fan that the symptoms sections are so general and basic, it truly feels like a lite version of the fully functional product. ESPECIALLY, since it rarely works. I get migraines 4-6 times a month, I cannot put that in my diary because the diary doesn’t actually work most of the time unfortunately. Like I said, great idea, bad execution.
AgnesMcGee,
Great concept, but needs work
I really, really wanted to like this app. It includes a lot of what look like great features—things I’ve been looking for, such as the ability to track and correlate the occurrence of mood and symptoms with food and activity. But I found it very difficult to try to set up my tools and enter my info due to some issues with interface design and function. In the end I decided it would frustrate me too much to use it. I think they’re simple changes, so I will check back and try again sometime in a few months.
Bcstage2,
Life saver! ❤️
I was so happy when I received this app. I was able to set reminders, know how my stool was and share this information with my physicians. I am now a cancer survivor, during my treatment this was a dream come true. This app is a great tool to have all your information in one place. I continue to use the app to this day. I send suggestion and hope to see the great things to come with this app.
Veestah,
I want to like this app but...
I need a way to contact support! Clicking the help button leads me to a login screen which is frozen!

There are two main usage screens of this app for me, one in which it functions, and one it doesn’t! The list view works fine, but the colorful tile view that is shown after login doesn’t function at all! You can’t view any of the stuff you input! I can show screenshots if you provide me with an email to get in contact with you!

Also I have no way to input my generic adderall in the medications list - it’s listed as amphetamine salts 30mg and it’s not in there. A big deal because I forget it a lot!

Please respond to my review!
Sabbymg1984,
Good concept, no way to upload data
I’ve been using the app for 2 weeks to track my symptoms for my doctor. However, the function to download report does not work. I did send an email to support, and am waiting for reply.
The app does lag at times, and I have inadvertently marked symptoms I don’t have due to this. All in all, good tracking app.
ClassicCarJunkie,
Great medication tracking
I’ve been looking for a good solution, and I love that this pops up in my home screen and I can just mark it done from there. Also love that I can snooze it. And that I can export it to show my dr!
