Paying my bill is missing
So you created an app with like a bunch of good things like viewing my ID, customer service, finding a doctor and even human resources with a lot of info I barely use, and that’s awesome, but I can’t use the app to pay my bill every month? What’s the point? When I go to the site on my phone to pay, I go through 4 different windows your site opens up to me until I can get to the pay my bill option (and sometimes that doesn’t work either - tells me to come back at later time smh). It’s a basic! Not sure why you made it so complicated to pay you. Don’t you want money right away? Please add this feature to the app and make our life easier! Thank you!

Nice app
This app is great, however I had issues in the beginning to be able to access my account. I tried twice with customer service and it seems like these customer service reps are incompetent. One told me they will call me back and never did. The other one told me I can’t login because I have to call NY State of Health to get access. She also said I can’t use my online credentials to login, which is incorrect. I was able to finally login when I used my online credentials. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR REPS BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HOW TO ACCESS THIS APP. THANK YOU

I’m excited for the app but out of all the pictures you show you can do with this new app, you can do two things which is call Customer Services and see your medical ID. Kinda frustrating they show more promise than they are giving. If your gonna out an app out there just have all the features your promising because finding a doctor on the initially website is tiresome and time consuming. Was really looking forward to it. Smh. Maybe in another couple of months.

Can’t make a payment
I thought this app was going to be a good idea and for the most part it is but I’d still have to either make a payment in person or go to the separate website to make a payment. I would like to be able to pay and have access to everything in one app. Probably will be deleting the app until that aspect is added.

I love that Healthfirst now has an app! The app experience is so much better than the website.
However, key features are missing: find a doctor near me, view claims, and payments (pay and view history). Also, pls allow FaceID login.

Pretty good but cant make payments
Like the title says the app is pretty good i was having a hard time finding a dentist who accepts hf insurance but on this app its way easier but i initially downloaded this app thinking i wouldn’t have to go online to pay my bill I can just use the app I was wrong.

When I got this app in January I was able to pay my bill for February… now the pay my bill feature is gone. I called HF and they said it should be there making me feel stupid BUT ITS NOT HERE! Why is this feature so difficult? I really don’t care about the other stuff which are grt but I’d love to come here and pay my premium

I hve problem to access my account and I called customer service three times and last one custome service said me that member service would give me a call in same day. It has been 2 days nobody called me, and I have dermatological issue in my face but i cant get appointment with dermatology because of not access account
