CamperDude93,
Quick service
Woke up in the morning felt awful. Long line at urgent care, so I ended up to give online urgent care a try. Docs had a couple of people waiting but I got through within 30 mins. Got my meds from pharmacy. A happy camper now. Thx for the quick service.

App Looks Childish & Lacks Needed Info
When seeking to show your test results to a partner, it may be hard for anybody to take it seriously because the app literally looks extremely childish with the FONT that they use. Does not look like it is from a legitimate medical provider/site.
Would be 100% efficient and smart if when reviewing your results, it had your full name, DOB, and date of results on the top.. without that crucial information anybody can just take a screenshot of previous negative results or someone else’s results if their intent is to be malicious and hide current results. Also would be better if the app also displayed the date that the sample was collected/testing was done (like a normal portal does), not just the “date received” for the results. CityMDs original portal had the doctors name, location test was taken, date and time collected, date and time sent to lab, and date and time results were submitted. And also smart if the app allowed you to zoom in AND out - so that if the user wants to screenshot their results they can zoom out and condense all needed info in one image. Also I don’t need that generic “Note on your results” info at that time. That can be added to the bottom so that the title/name of the test conducted and the results are near each other. These are all basic and obvious medical needs and simplicity, and I hope the apps makes these changes.
Chrmdome,
Tons of bad data
The app has tons of mistakes. The app allows payment of open bills, but the amount of the bills is incorrect in the app. I used the app to page a few times and it created a number of billing issues. I called customer service (for Summit Health) and they made it very clear that the mistakes on the app are well known and I should NEVER use the app to pay bills. I have taken that advice from Summit Health and now ignore the outstanding balance information in the app. This week, a number of my test results became available on the app, and the dates of the test were wrong, they were off by two months! I had the tests performed this week and the app reports the date at October. Fortunately, the online portal works fine. With all these mistakes, it’s difficult to know how many other problems the app is having. There are a few other areas where the app does seem work. If you are not paying bills or retrieving test data this might be a useful app.

0/10
Personally I would never use this again. I had forgotten my password no naturally I went with the reset password option and I would press the link and it would tell me to download the app which I already have so I’d try again. I tried for a couple more minutes and it just wouldn’t work. I thought maybe I used the wrong email so I used a different one that I may have used. It said I had an account for that one so I used it. When back to the log in option and it said there was no email for it. Went searching for emails that had the name “summit health” in them and nothing. There’s no point in using this app.
TLHK8,
Major update needed
I went to schedule an appt with one of my recently seen providers, so I click on their name and select the view availability button. It asks me to select the reason for my visit and then proceeds to give me the availability of all of these other doctors in the area instead of the doctor I selected. I thought ‘maybe my doc is no longer practicing’ so I tried with another doc who I’m seeing in two months and the same thing happened. App dev team, please correct this because scheduling an appt should be a standard feature for a health provider app.
patient002,
Can’t message dr :(
If you go to a dr appointment and afterward receive test results that you need to ask the dr about, there’s no way to message them! Because you can only talk to virtual care providers you’ve already messaged… there should be a way to message the dr you went in person to see once you receive test results! Just include a little button on the test result page to ask questions.

In my case, the dr forgot to prescribe something, and I had no way to contact them. Took over an hour to get the prescription filled by calling and trying different methods.

Worst and most annoying app to deal with in the world. Ever since citymd merged with summit everything went downhill and this app is one of the worst possible things summit has changed about the company.
First off, this app is difficult to deal with especially for elderly or foreign parents. A simple PCR test result goes on this app instead of your email.
Second of all, why is it so difficult to access your child’s test results. There needs to be a different email for every single child or else the app doesn’t let you see their results.
Overall this app is mid.
Gadget Guru5,
App does not work - prematurely released
Great idea to offer an app, but this app has been released prematurely - it is just not ready.
Summit Health has a patient portal, and this app seems to work in a different world from the patient portal
- Login id and password miss different. Come on guys, what are you thinking?
- The app shows zero messages, even though patient portal has tons of messages
- The app shows bills as being unpaid, and asks for them to be paid; even though they hav been paid, and show as paid on the patient portal
- for blood test results, does not even show the trend over time. Just shows each result as a point result
- Does not show visit summaries, which are visible over patient portal
- says I have zero prescriptions; even though that is not the case

App needs a lot of improvements and bug fixes before it is ready for use.
Cerazo,
Great app, but…
This app is great in theory but unfortunately I can’t rely on it for things like reminders or notifications because I frequently get logged out and I won’t be able to tell until I go back into it. If this can get fix then you guys will have an excellent app on your hands!
kiai,
This app is stupid
I had a PCR test from another place because the results were faster. The doctor said to let them know if the results are positive so that I can get the anti-viral trial. There’s no way for me to do that on the app. Email is not HIPAA compliant. The least the app should do is enable compliant data transfer. There isn’t even a phone number for the location i went to when i tap on past visits. Not i have to look up the phone number and i have laryngitis.
