Good app to get entries and results very quick. Easy set up to navigate. Could improve on Alerts for favorite horses-provide more work out videos ….I can’t imagine not having this Ap I get info quick

Have loved using HRN as a whole, it’s a great idea, and great service, I just have a couple of issues. One, I understand ads are necessary in order to provide the service, especially for folks like me, who are not currently paying for an ad free experience, but having these ads pop up in between about every move you make has been annoying to say the least. Second, for some reason I no longer get the alerts or reminders I’ve requested, and I’ve noticed several occasions where a horse I’m following will not have the red bell next to its name in the entries for race it’s entered in, so I’ve had to set up my own reminders in calendar on my phone in order not to miss specific races I’d like to view live.
Other than that, it’s great, and I also like, and respect Kenny McPeek, even though I haven’t yet had the honor of meeting him in person, so I like to feel I’m supporting him somehow. He’s a great trainer, seems so down to earth, and a couple years ago when I reached out to express my sympathies for the loss of one of his better known horses, I was stunned when I received a gracious reply from him. It meant a lot, because I know how busy these trainers are, and it clearly meant a lot to him to have a total stranger show they cared, and it showed me type of person he is, just a class move in my opinion. :)

Overall this is a must have app. No worry about betting and getting bad intel. This is a straight forward app to give you all you need to know about what’s going on at the track past, present and future.

Suggestions
I’d like to get notifications on when the horses in my stables are running only and not the trainers and all the xtra info. Whenever I turn on alerts I get way too much and my phone goes crazy. And I wish you had race replays

Add problem
There is one ad that you cannot X out. You have to go out of app and go back in another add will come up that you can X out to get to what you want. And I’m not willing to pay for the no add thing

Please Fix! Not picking up some entries and results
I would give 5 stars but there is an issue and I can’t find a way to contact the developer
1st issue -not picking up some entries and workouts. I’m following a horse named Jokes on Blue that clearly won a race at Ellis Park. Yet if you’re following the horse he has no entries, no results and no workouts. Another I follow Clovertowne is working out in Indiana - yet no workouts are shown. Please fix the app!
Second - the amount of adds is overwhelming! I’d rather pay for the app to get away from all the adds

Not worth it
Ok so for the past several months we’ve been able to deal with the annoying ads for what info we needed. However now they taken away horses/trainers/jockeys followed and only giving entries and results. Forcing you to pay more than what the app is even worth. Will be deleting the app entirely today.
