App Crashes frequently
I’ve just dowloaded the app. After signing in, if I go to the Profile tab, and back to the Home tab, it’s almost constantly crashing. I’ve even tried to close/re-open app, and even when staying strictly within the app, if I switch between tabs more than twice the app crashes.

Not user friendly
My main complaint is that they change the password to use the app, every three months or so. But they don’t TELL you they have changed it. Or that you need to REFRESH IT. They just simply say error. So you have NO IDEA what the problem is. PURE FRUSTRATION.

Buggy and crashes
Please fix the banner issue that is increasing in size while you navigate the app and then it blocks the viewing area and after 3 iterations it crashes the app ! Using an iPhone 14 Pro.

The app crashes regularly. You have to close out between everything you do. Super clunky.
The company doesn’t accept invoices that show their automated payments and wants a receipt. No medical company I’ve dealt with provides a recipe for automatic payments.

Switching from profile or another screen back to home twice causes the app to crash on iOS 16.3. Seems the logo zooms in a few times, taking over the memory stack. Basic dev skills, folks.
