Description
View and control all zones from a single system status page or drill down into each zone for more granular control. Control volume with both a scroll wheel and slide control. Mute/Un-Mute all zones with a single button press. Power off all zones with a single button press. Power on all zones to their previous state with a single button press.
Add up to four shortcuts to popular music and audio apps, making it easy to toggle between selecting what you want to hear and where you want to hear it. Create groups of zones to set a common source, set a common volume, or relatively control volume across multiple zones. Create audio scenes called presets that set up one or more zones in your home with a single button press. For every zone, set power on/off, source, volume, and DND (Do Not Disturb).
Customize your zone names and source names for both the app and keypads. Set treble, bass, and balance for every zone. Hide zones and sources you don’t want to appear in the app. For Lync 6v3 and Lync 12v3, also easily hide sources from appearing on LyncPads on a per zone basis. For Lync 6v3 and
Lync 12v3 that are used in combination with an HTD Door Interface, set which zones hear (or don’t hear) the doorbell or custom music files when the zone is currently powered off.
Automatic system detection with most Wi-Fi networks has you using the app in under a minute. A simple, one-time process for manually configuring the app to your system is also provided. Automatic account creation with backup and restore functionality via our free cloud makes it easy to configure the app one time and then restore to other phones and tablets. No username/password required.
Works in portrait mode on smaller screens and both portrait and landscape mode on larger screens.
Please note: This app will only control HTD Lync systems. Control of MC-66 and MCA-66 is available now through Valet Home Control and with a new app coming soon.

I like it but it come with issues
I really like this system so far but mine has come with issues. The wall controllers are extremely glitchy and have to be unplugged and reset constantly. The app is great but it will also be non responsive from time to time and will completely kick me off, so I have to frequently uninstall the app and reinstall. Aside from that, I am enjoying the system.

Change of review
Our Lync 12 system, that has operated flawlessly since purchase, went down completely the Friday before the 4th of July when all of my devices took an auto update, which was released early by mistake by HTD. Huge thank you to Brian Wines and Scott Durbin for getting the old version back in the App Store and saving a big 4th of July celebration from not having music! Thanks you again and Happy 4th of July!

Needs Update
Have a zone that will show intercom and mute when it’s really active on an input source. Based on other reviews, this has been a problem for a year. Otherwise works as expected. Would be good to allow use of DDNS website url connection, not just internal IP address only.

Appreciate the update - hard to read in dark mode
An app I’ve come to rely on heavily for my HTD control. Without it, I wouldn’t love my HTD whole home audio system as much as I do. The latest update, however, makes it almost impossible to read the source/volume selection as it’s light gray on white. Please fix as soon as you can!

It’s pretty bad...
This app really could use a lot of help. We have a Lync 12 controller and this thing regularly forgets about random zones. The only way to get it back is factory reset the whole controller and rename everything. Takes about an hour to do. Just for normal day to day use it’s pretty pathetic as well, half of the time it won’t change the source, or volume level. It could be a lot better with some more effort I suspect!

Great Setup!
Have had no issues with the app and have been using it for a couple months now. Use it with Alexa and Apple Music with an Audiocast. Customer support has been great with the setup also! No complaints at all!

Great when it works
They need to update this app, with the new update on the iPhone it won’t connect automatically and sends me directly to Home Screen.

Unusable right now.
App won’t connect automatically to Lync on iPhone. When I type in all the information that is required to connect manually, App crashes. Please fix. I know it’s is something with apple iOS updates since my old iPhone, which I don’t update still works perfectly.

Major Issues
My app was just automatically upgraded and lost all settings. Also unable to restore. Asks for my phone number, then says exceeded limit. Now, the app doesn’t function at all. App starts then exits immediately. This is a major issue. Application is completely unusable.

Version update was pushed through to automatically update without notice. Lost all system, zone and source settings. Sonos 2 shortcut doesn’t work. Spacing inside is an issue. Cannot backup or restore. Lost system muting. The app badge icon is from the 90s. Why wasn’t anything tested prior to release?
