Was mistake made about 7 day trial?
Hi.
I didn't intend to purchase this app at this time, rather only try the seven day trial. I don't find myself able to use the app to Id the bugs, but I also don't see that I am only on a trial. This fact is not encouraging me to want this app. Please confirm that I was only on the trial and that I have not been put into a purchase instead.

Best bug Identification app
Get a good photo and bam. I downloaded other apps and they want a subscription or agree to a free trial you know you’ll forget to cancel before you can use it at all. This one was truly free, no ads. It helped me identify a leap hopper that I brought home in a beautiful yet infested plant. So glad their not ticks!

Don’t waste your time
This app is completely worthless. I submitted a picture of a bug on a bell pepper and it identified it as ‘bell pepper’. This is an insect identifier not plant identifier. I have tried several other insects and it has yet to identify any of them correctly. I would give it a ‘0’ if that was an option. A rating of ‘1’ is too generous.

less than worthless
i find this app worthless because u are looking for guidance and instead find total and completely ridiculous identification which is more frustrating than not knowing what the insect is 👎🏽 not to mention the danger in a false identification of a wingless wasp as a LADYBUG !!!

Not accurate at all
I scanned two insects both ID’s were off. One I scanned from different angles and the result was different each time. The only consistency was it’s a beetle. It was a free app so I wasn’t expecting much, so I guess you get what you pay for, I paid nothing and got nothing. That’s life.

Keeps Crashing.
It worked once,it worked great. I scanned it and it was right. Now when i try to open it, it crashes.

Cannot identify anything!
This is the worst app for insect identification. Not once did it get the insect correctly. In fact, each time I submitted the same insect I got a different identification. The icing on the cake was when I uploaded a picture of a caterpillar, and the app identified it as an acorn!!!

Didn’t work
I tried to post 3 times and the system wouldn’t upload my picture of the creature—so community couldn’t help identify it. I used the scan feature and the first time it told me it was a rhinoceros beetle and the second time a centipede. My best guess at this point is red velvet ant.
