Best fasting app available
I tried 5 different apps at the same time when I began IF, and this is the one I stuck with. This was one of the only apps I found that I could keep track of my body measurements, which is just as important to me as logging weight. It has widget options and an accompanying Apple Watch app, which I really appreciate. The combination of functionality with a nice looking interface (yay for dark mode!) sold me over all the other apps. To nitpick, a few things I would like to see added: - more Apple health integrations: right now it can only write my height and weight, I would love to see it send my water data to Apple as well - more watch options: the watch app immediately opens to add water, I can go back in the app and see the clock, but not which phase of fasting I’m in. When added to a watch face, only the consumed water shows, there’s no option to see your fasting clock - water logging options: the watch app, phone app, & widget automatically add the last used capacity when logging water, I would like to be able to manually enter an amount each time - weight logging: I would prefer to see the total amount of weight I’ve lost; not the difference since my last weigh in

Great app even without premium
This app is wonderful. I just recently started using it, and I find it to be very helpful. It not only helps with fasting ( i believe 3 different options + one you can create), it also helps with tracking how much water your drinking/gives you reminders to drink water if you’d like, gives tips on fasting, can track your steps, and gives you a lot of information on fasting in simple little slides. I am very impressed with the free version of this app, and upgrading to premium doesn’t even cost that much. I believe it was around $3.33/month or something like that for premium. Currently I don’t intend to switch, but it is something I could see myself doing as I get more into fasting. I’m happy with how this app is set up as well, it’s easy to navigate, is well put together, and is very beginner friendly. I suggest this app for beginners and serious fasters alike :)

Best intermittent fasting app!!
This app is the base of all of my weight loss success. I’ve tried intermittent fasting 4 different times with different apps but I was never able to stay consistent. This app on the other hand goes above and beyond to make sure you stay on track to reach your goals. One of my fav features is that it tells me on what fasting stage I am in, and gives a brief description of what my body is going though. Also, on most days it has stories on the benefits on fasting, difference between physical and emotional hunger, how to stay consistent, how to lose weight efficiently, be healthy, etc. These never fail to motivate me to stay consistent because what I’m doing is GOOD for my body and my body will thank me in the long run. I love this app!
100 years+,
Completely restructured my eating habits
In my 20’s I successfully used fasting for weight management. However, I am 70 now and just couldn’t get started again. This app is excellent for getting one going.

The first fast was difficult but I hung in there. Now it is getting easier. In fact, by learning to suppress the emotional triggers to eat, they seem to be disappearing! I am less interested in food. And yes, I am losing weight.

By the way, I am a retired doctor and I have read only good things about fasting’s effect on body health. We probably evolved with natural periods of fasting in our lives. Food was never available to us 24/7.

So happy that I ended up buying the premium version…
I’ve been using this app for months now. When I first downloaded it, I also downloaded a couple of other fasting apps to compare… I wasn’t even sure of what features I was looking for. This one was the most helpful to me so I deleted the other apps and kept using the free version of this one. Aside of very good educational tips, I like how it explains the different stages my body is going through during fasting. It is a good partner and coach to me in my fasting journey. I just paid for the upgrade to Premium to have all of the plan options available to me and to get rid of the ads. After using the free version, I know the Premium version is worth it.

Fasting
At first I didn’t think I would be able to handle fasting on any level but I tried it the first day and made it through. It then made me realize that ok I made it through. Then the second day I was successful and I’ve been going at it since. I feel energetic and less hungry. It’s definitely a form of discipline that I didn’t think I could control. But here I am on Day 5 with less of an appetite and loving it. Me personally haven’t noticed if I lost a few inches but I’m not even going to concentrate on that. I’m just going to keep on fasting and give it my all. Change will happen as it will.

This app changed my life
That’s not even an understatement. My relationship with food has been terrible, which wasn’t made better by my home environment and developing eating disorder. I recovered from my ED a while ago, but I still dealt with a lot of emotional eating for years. This app is what finally reached me and could help me relearn what food means to me. I’ve been using this app for around two months now and the little info cards are so helpful and informative. They help me stay grounded and learn how to analyze my body and my mind before I make decisions about food.

My favorite
Because i have adhd I downloaded about 7 Intermittent fasting apps to try and this is my favorite by far. I like the Visual Layout with options of a round graph or lists, and I like the notifications to help me remember to Drink water. I also like how it seems intuitive, and I was able to start during my first day. Many of the others wouldn’t let me officially start until I started my “fast” in the evening of the first day. That bugged me and I felt I couldn’t officially start! So yeah, I’m keeping this one and deleting the others. 👍🏼

*** WARNING DO NOT SYNC
This is a pretty good app, but it has a few MAJOR problems.

1. Ads:
The ads are horrifically intrusive and annoying. I often don’t mind ads and in some cases (done well) I like them. This app has way too many though. I would have paid the $3 to get rid of them, if not for the 2nd problem.

2. Sync with Apple Health:
I have been tracking my weight with various app that sync with Apple health for 5+ years now. I have 5 years of synced data with ZERO flaws, until using this app. This app converted my weight to kilograms, except marked it as pounds, and duplicated EVERY weight entry I have for the last 5 years! Hundreds of entries were messed up and that synced with my Fitbit App, My Bluetooth Scale App, and many others.

It was a NIGHTMARE. Even when I disabled sync, I had to manually go fix everything. It took hours!

Example:
When I weighed 180 pounds, that = 81 kilograms. But this app made a duplicate entry for 81 pounds, not kilograms!

And it did that for every entry dating back 5 years!

So on any of my charts of weight, they went from making perfect sense to showing I cut my weight in half and then doubled it EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I don’t write reviews often
But this app is great! I’ve been dabbling in fasting for a while and found this app really helps to keep me motivated. I only have the free version, but you can keep track of your water intake, choose a fasting plan or do custom where you time yourself. My favorite part of the app is that it shows you based on your time fasting what your body is doing, and does so on a timeline basis. So you can see what it’s been through, where you are now, and if you keep fasting longer then THIS is what’s going to happen. Super motivating, give it a shot!
