Kim Tru,
Great layout & guidance
This app is just simple enough. It's perfect imho. It has a straight forward interface and good function options like editing start and stop times after inputting a fasting period. It's got helpful but succinct guides on different goal options, like 13:11, 14:10, etc.

Lacking a timer for eating
This app is beautiful and simple to use and I bought it without hesitation when I saw that it was only $9.99 for a lifetime membership. Then I found out that it doesn’t show the time since my last fast! I have been using the Zero app and even though I have the free version and it doesn’t track my eating window I could glance at it and see how long it had been and eat accordingly. I regret buying it now since it’s missing a very important feature.

Great app for tracking fasting
So far I love the function of this beautiful app with one caveat. At least for me, the iPhone app does not sync with my Apple Watch. The iPhone app shows that I’m in the middle of a fast, my watch app shows me a screen where I can start a new fast. Also, reminders to start fasting are not pushed to my watch. Other than this minor setback, which I hope will be fixed in an upcoming update, this is a visually wonderful way to track my fasting.

Does Half The Job
If there were 2 1/2 stars I’d give the app that. 2 1/2 is half of 5. The app times the fast part of intermittent fasting but NOT the eating part of intermittent fasting, so you need to keep track of that yourself.

Say your doing a 16/8 fast, 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours eating time. There’s no ability to track the 8 hours of eating time….that’s half the “intermittent” in intermittent fasting. If the apps purpose is to help you track the fasting time then it seems reasonable that it track the eating time…a equally important part of intermittent fasting.

Really good app, but…
I really enjoy this app, it’s easy to use and has a beautiful interface.

The one thing but it’s lacking is the ability for Apple Watch and iPhone to sync.

If you start a fast on the iPhone, your Apple Watch doesn’t know anything about it. This seems like a key feature, other reviewers have been asking for more than a year ago.
johnny.deathmatch,
Good app
Liking the app so far. The one feature I feel is missing is the ability to time the non-fasting portion of the day as well. 12:12 should be two twelve hour timers for example. Then, I don’t have to remember when to stop eating and think about setting a timer. I can just get the alert and start a new plan. Thanks for all your hard work!
Fer_ananda,
Colorful and easy to use
I am linking this app except for the “average hours” as I find it really tricky as a measure. What I want to see is where am I succeeding and if I choose not to fast one day a week, my whole average is affected and it’s one of the primary “feedback” I see everyday, which makes that metric a “party pooper” that doesn’t reflect my true effort of 6 days per week!!
ʻuhane,
So far so good!
This app seems to have just about everything you really need with a fasting app, without all the bloat.I do truly miss one thing, which I see a lot and a lot of other fasting happens, and that is just a simple widget for my home screen. If they can add a fasting with you, this would truly be perfection, especially for the price.
slowlicks,
Love it, just one nittypicky thing.
I wish the information on the home page filled the screen. ‘End Fast’ button is partially cutoff by the navigation bar. Otherwise, it’s a beautifully simple app that has preprogrammed plans as well as the ability to customize your own. Widgets aren’t bad either :D
Tarbet Group,
Love it!
This app is so easy to use. I also love the edit feature on the home page.

I wish there was the same feature on the Insights page. I typed in the wrong number for my weight (my phone didn’t catch the ‘1’) and there is no way to fix it. My graph looks like I lost 100 lbs in one day, and gained it back the next day.
