iSymphonic Orchestra was designed with the goal to deliver you superb, extremely realistic and stunning orchestra sounds, instantly with the first key being pressed by you on your MIDI keyboard. Just select a sound and you are ready for your live performance or for a boost of creativity while composing new songs. The sounds used in this app were explicitly recorded to fulfill these requirements and involved several months of recording and post processing under supervision of Kurt Ader and included a variety of innovative, new recording techniques. So far these sounds were only available to very few, famous movie composers. Now they are finally available for the first time to everybody. The supreme quality of these sounds, combined with the unique way they were recorded and assembled, gives us confidence that you haven't heard anything comparable as of to date, even not on Mac or PC.

Sounds work with Linnstrument!!!
This app works very well with the Linnstrument controller. The app is stable. I really am impressed with the sounds. I would like the developer to expand the sound sets even more. Admittedly, this is one of the first sound set of this type that I own. The reverbs and the echoes effects are a nice touch. These effects are simple, intuitive and very useful, although basic. Overall, this is a nice addition. The basic app purchase includes a basic set of sounds. Additional sound sets can be added as in app purchases. Each additional sound sets are about the same the starting app price which gets you about a dozen or more sounds plus or minus. Maybe I’m paying a premium price, but the sounds are convincing.

Keys Sound Set IAP - Best Acoustic Pianos Yet!
I have many acoustic piano sample sets for IOS, including several of the ‘premium pianos’ available from various software companies. I wasn’t truly satisfied with any of them, until I purchased the ‘Keys Sound Set’ for iSymphonic. These pianos have a nice balance between the hammer and sustained part of the piano’s sound, giving them a very natural woody quality I find missing from most of the others. They had to have been sampled from well regulated pianos. Very consistent quality sound and feel across the full 88 keys. There are other sounds in this package. But, my main quest has been to find a really satisfying piano. There are two pianos here, with just enough variance in tone to satisfy most playing situations. I have been using my iPad for years for regular live performances. I feel highly confident recommending this iSymphonic add on. I think you will be pleased.

Stellar VST’s worth the $$. UI needs work.
There are some bugs that are mostly minor. The UI needs a face lift and could be more intuitive. But it’s By far the best VST‘s of any
iOS app out there with high-quality precise instrument sounds both incredibly authentic and very nicely customizable in velocity and articulation. It blows the native strings and brass especially in GarageBand out of the water.

I really want to like this...
...but the instability is maddening. Using it in AUM, just two or three instances, and it keeps glitching and crashing. iPhone 11 Pro. It has so much potential, but you just end up fighting with it more than using it. Hopefully it will stabilize sometime soon. Until then will have to keep looking.

Have to continually reset the routing and deleting, reloading the instrument. Shouldn’t be this unstable, unfortunately. Because the sounds are good. Just want to be able to use them.

For making this app. I have been a composer for 30 years. I literally cried when I heard the strings samples that sounded just like I was conducting my own orchestra. I hope you always support this. I am 50 and thought that having a symphony orchestra on my iPad Pro would have been impossible just 20 years ago.

Best symphonic ios app I have ever found and I’ve tried every music app I can get my hands on. The only app I’ve found that comes close in quality is korg module with purchasing the orchestral dreams pack but that doesn’t have the variety of great sounds this app has. This instantly became my number one app for orchestral samples. Love it!

Very nice indeed
This app has some of the best orchestral sounds available...all are high quality. The sounds can be a little slow to load, but that’s fine. The sound packs are pretty pricey so choose wisely. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the attack and release if the instruments being triggered.

It, honestly, sounds fantastic!
My biggest gripe is, I have to constantly reload it when I have it open as an “inter-app audio” in Cubasis. It keeps closing in the background. I’m having to do this multiple times within an hour.
I would rather run it as an Audio Unit, but within Cubasis ,iSymphonic is stripped of its extra features like EQ, Gain, etc.
