Lovin’ the new app upgrade
Had to delete my first app download and install a new one, but it sooo much better now. Easy to use, great articles and blogs and the vfit has made jogging and working out possible again. Thank you for this!!!

TERRIBLE APP - BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY. It’s a crime that a piece of hardware as expensive as this is paired with software that is utter trash and leaves you with a feeling that you wasted your money.
NOTHING about this app is functional. Believe all the negative reviews. Wish I did. List of issues:
* rarely pairs with device leaving you to fumble about making it work manually.
* even if you manually enter sessions on the calendar they somehow end up on the wrong day
* no way to delete sessions that were entered on the wrong day
* “information” about menopause and women’s health is canned, trite and often - incorrect.
Look. I’m about 3 weeks in using this thing and the jury is still out as to whether it works or not or it’s just a scam and all the positive reviews you hear are paid for by developers. But I find it hard to believe that this thing will actually deliver based on the fact that this company gave 0 f’s about the functionality of this app which is essential to this entire experience.

Still having issues months later
Still having issues with App - the Done button does not work on Tracker page (I have to close and reopen the App to go back), the arrows for the Months do not work (so cannot see which days I’ve done the product in the past) Really hope these bugs can get fixed. Not very user friendly - especially for such an expensive product. Have yet to recommend because of the required App needed to use and that’s a real bummer

Overpriced for the trouble
Although the idea and design of the device is good, the app and connection to the device is irritating at best. Sometimes it takes me longer to get a connection then it does to use the thing. And then the device doesn’t seem to shut down totally unless I plug it in, it just sits and vibrates periodically. And the app is no help. A simpler design with less app/Bluetooth connection would be my recommendation.

App Consistency Disappointing
I’ve attempted to use this expensive product multiple times only to be met with an app that opens and closes repeatedly. I’m unable to follow their exercise programming because the device is unable to function without the app. The device is fully charged (green light) and not responding to manually pressing the buttons. I had high hopes this would help as promised but it has to work first.

January 1: After using for months, today it doesn’t re ignore me and when I try and reset my password, it won’t accept new password and won’t let me reset yet again. Whether it links with the device is always a crap shoot, doesn’t keep correct calendar. Basically it’s complete garbage, which is a pity because the product is good

Amazing Device
This is really a amazing device to help with menopausal symptoms. My doctor recommended it and I’m so very grateful that he did. Can’t say enough about it. Get one and you won’t be disappointed.

Needs to be more accessible
For starters, I had to change my password in order to sign into the app this morning. Secondly, this app is very clunky and not accessible for people with visual impairments. I can’t check in or answer any questions now. All my program progress has been lost. it used to be easier to change vibration patterns, and start the program.

I wasn’t great about remembering to use my device so I started using the app and am so glad I did! The reminders really help me to stay on track.
