Just unpacked my box a few days ago and so far, my Joovv Solo 3.0 seems to be working great. However, the app, which was just updated 2 weeks ago, is surprisingly poorly done considering the cost of this device. The iPhone version has text that goes off the screen with no way to reduce the size. I get a popup window every time I open the app stating there’s been updates but while I could update the first one, the Bluetooth update button appears off the screen below and is inaccessible. So I just keep getting reminders with no way to act on it. I’m also a little concerned from reading previous reviews that they don’t have a customer service number, only an email which people have said seems to not be very responsive. One last thing, I wish the device could be powered off instead of just staying in standby mode.
