- Members can see which workout they completed and additional information about how they performed in that workout (i.e. starting intensity, ending intensity, total workout time).
- A graph shows their intensity levels during the workout, and how it compares to what the trainer was automatically increasing during the workout. This encourages the member to push themselves to meet or exceed the intensities projected by the trainer in order to activate more muscle mass during the workout.
- Members can load more workouts by scrolling to the bottom of the list and tapping “Load More”.

I hacked my workouts!
I have worked out most of my adult life. But injuries over the years have made me decrease the intensity and consistency of my workouts. To add to the herniated disc in my neck, the back pain from pulled muscles (30 years ago!), and knee pain; recently found out I have a partially torn rotator cuff. These problems have caused periods where I didn’t or couldn’t push through the pain. Now I’m 62 and losing muscle mass so maintaining my strength, conditioning and my shape (let’s face it; that is still important) is really hard. With the Katalyst, I’ve gotten intense workouts in just 20 minutes with no residual joint pain. I follow up with cardio. I feel the same muscle soreness as I did with strength training. And after 2 weeks, I’m starting to see toning in my mid section; an area I was really beginning to struggle with. It took me a few workouts to figure out my best intensity level. I know it’s early; but I am really pleased with my purchase and the results so far. I especially like how easily I can travel with it, which I do quite often with my job.

My favorite workout, by a mile!
Katalyst is an insanely effective workout in just 20 minutes, without the load on your body caused by weights or other high impact training. The app delivers impulses directly to all of your muscles, and as the trainer increases the intensity on their end, I can immediately feel the increase in the suit! Perhaps best of all, I can toss my iPad and suit in my backpack and travel with it so I never miss a workout. The app is new and still ramping up the features and content library, but honestly the workout itself is so fun and futuristic I’m not complaining anytime soon!

Most Efficient & Effective workout of my life
After 15 years as a sports performance coach, I can honestly say Katalyst is the most efficient and effective workout of my life. Since there is zero load placed on the joints, I’m able to charge hard the next day without risk of plateau or injury. 20min sessions that engage over 90% of my muscle fibers make Katalyst an imperative part of my fitness routine. I needed a workout that was effective, efficient, and sustainable. I’ve found it all in one system!

A magical, life changing training
I love my Katalyst! As a professional with a crazy busy schedule and a lot of travel, I love my Katalyst. It is so effective and reaches areas of my body, I did not know I had muscles in. 😅 I used to have a lot of back pain, but these are literally gone, since I use this. The thing I love most is that I can travel with it. It packs crazy small and in COVID times and closed hotel gyms, this is a blessing. Simply amazing! Thank you!!!

You should try this out - it’s the future of workout
I’ve been doing a very similar workout in Berlin, Germany 7 years ago, it was in studio with a personal trainer. I fell in love with the efficiency as 2 days after 20 min training you get a crazy muscle ache for 2 days as if you would have spend a couple of hours in a gym. Katalyst takes this to the next level by
1) making it available at home
2) making it much cheaper compared to the cost of personal training
3) adopting EMS to cardio, as well as post training workout and a great variety of muscle/body workouts

I love it, you should give it a try if you are thinking about it, it truly works!

I LOVE THESE WORKOUTS!
If you are someone who just wants to get your workout done quick and effectively from your own home or you want to build muscle and feel STRONG without having to pick up a dumbbell, you will love Katalyst. The workouts are so fun and I love that they have so many different workouts to choose from! I’m a fan!

Best Workout Ever
As an avid weightlifter, I believe that Katalyst is hands down the best workout on the market. It’s an absolute game changer. A 20 minute, no impact workout is equivalent to 2 hours in the gym! The trainers are super motivational and you can tell they’re also working hard with you! I’ve never felt stronger in my life. Thanks Katalyst!
