Enjoy using NuCalm
I really enjoy new calm! It helps energize me and brings me overall balance. Thank you for creating a program that helps in a variety of ways. Meditation for me is better and each time I use NuCalm I feel that it allows me to be more productive. I would only ask one thing, as Newcom continues to improve, it would be really great if you could make it more accessible for the blind. I have a few challenges with the app, but overall I can manage it.

I love it I just wish they had more tracks
I have a lifetime purchase, so I’ve spent quite a bit of money for this product and it has definitely absolutely helpedd me. I just wish they had some more variations because I use it nightly to sleep and really only one of the tracks works for me for the deep sleep otherwise the others actually are not I am not able to sleep with them they don’t make me feel good. I often wake up too early and use the rescue. and other tracks that are meant to be used during the day which absolutely are wonderful for me to wake up in a great place.
I just again wish that they had more tracks because I find that using the bio signal and the headphones, and mask sometimes even listening to other mediations is affective as well, so I’m sure if we had more tracks it would great.

Life changing
This app has allowed me to process events in my life that I didn’t realize still needed attention. I’ve been able to free myself of feelings of anxiety, depression, past trauma, and fear by using this app. There is no “protocol” for how to use it, but I treat it as a sacred experience: door closed, lavender diffuser, weighted blanket, face mask, disc on my wrist, and at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted time for myself. I allow my mind to wander and the healing occurs. I am so thankful for this app and the peace it has brought to my life. It’s simple, but that’s the key, it allows the mind to heal in a safe space and process events without being guided by someone else.

Hi, I’ve been using NuCalm for a few years and I truly believe that it has saved my life.
I’m a childhood trauma victim and suffer with CPTSD. Before NuCalm, I wasn’t able to sleep because of violent dreams and flashbacks. I even had waking nightmares of unbridled violence. I have never even been in a long term healthy relationship. I was at the point of checking out of this world.
Since starting NuCalm, I’ve been able to sleep deeply for more than a year. I no longer have violent dreams when I’m sleeping or awake. My flashbacks are even more manageable.
I can’t recommend this app and this company enough. They are phenomenal people and a godsend!

Haven’t felt this good in years
I have struggled with depression and anxiety due to the past and watching my Mom go through a long Alzheimer’s diagnosis. I was her main care taker which I wanted to do for 4 years until it got to be too much.
After she went home to live with the Lord I stated in a state of numbness, depression and anxiety and didn’t know how to make it stop.
Medication made some of it worse and some bearable.
It wasn’t until I heard about NuCalm that everything changed. I was excited for the first time in many years; able to get a great workout in and not be too tired to do it.
For several days I forgot to play the ignite when I was working out and working and I went back to not liking to work out and hard to get motivated. Then it hit me that I wasn’t using NuCalm.
I haven’t forgotten since and life is a beautiful thing that I no longer want to waste a moment of.

Seriously changed my life
I’ve had NuCalm for years and I use it almost every day. I use it mostly when I meditate. I’ve had times where I’ve been stuck, stressed, and overwhelmed with big business decisions and when I meditate with NuCalm I get a peaceful clarity I cannot get anywhere else. I know my business is where it is today because if NuCalm!! I also use ignite when doing cardio and working out. I feel like I’m on fire!! Most amazing technology
The combination of products this company has developed over more than a decade of research is absolutely amazing. It can be pricy for people just starting out but this investment is life changing. Rescued
I have been a NuCalm user since 2019 in the midst of major life events. I turned to the Rescue options knowing my situation and the tendencies of my nervous system. NuCalm has been such a relief to my system time and time again. If I am short on sleep it almost always guarantees a nap, if I am processing an issue it helps me gain the distance for inner reflection, feeling and knowing. For me it has now become another version of meditation I can turn to.

Love Nu Calm app needs some help
I love using Nu Calm. The program is great and I’m so grateful to have found it. The app has two issues that I’ve found. One when I try to download the tracks to my phone to use while traveling it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different tracks none of them will download. Second issue is that I use the Deep Sleep tracks at night. If I play them through Airplay to my Sonos over wifi it immediately ends the track. It won’t play that way but will play over Bluetooth to a Bluetooth speaker. Please fix these issues.
