Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring.

This App is Simply Keto Gold
I got this app a couple years ago but didn’t understand it nor did I really try. It seemed complicated. Boy was I wrong. I Stumbled upon app today and it is so easy and simple to use. The recipes are simple and instructions are simple. All the ingredients are in my kitchen (except I had to but flax seeds and pine nuts). I’m going to try it for a couple of weeks and I’ll post again my results. I feel Keto distressed 😂

Do not download! This app was charging me multiple times every month. Up to 5 times a month x 5.99!!! I had to cancel it through my iTunes account.

Great Keto meal plans
I’ve looked at most of the reviews and they all say that there were no ingredients or instructions on how to make the food. I had no problem finding the. The food is great and gives step by step instructions. Love the combination and love that there are dessert options.

Not all the recipes
I was going through the breakfast options and not all the recipes are there. For example the porridge recipe is not on the breakfast options. Or mushroom are not in the dinner option. Would it get updated soon?

Scam
When downloading the app means you are immediately subscribing to it. They charge you right away, but won’t warn you about it. You’ll find out after that fact.
You can’t cancel the subscription on the App, they don’t give you any option. You have to go to your iTunes account for that.

Potential but app navigation is horrible
Pretty pictures and recipe ideas but this app definitely lacks in intuitive navigation and navigation options. Seems like it was 1/4 built then executed. Took me 10 swipes to figure out there was a right side menu but there’s nothing offered there anyway.
