LAH is hands down the best platform for working out at home with the Lagree method! I use my microformer 3-5 days a week along with other cross training such as HIIT and weight training, and there is no other workout like it! The LAH instructors are experienced, give great cues, and provide amazing hints to correct your form or modify if necessary so all levels can complete the class.
it feels like you are in the studio! I could not have survived COVID without LAH!! I worked out with Heather in the studio pre-COVID for years and am happy to continue to train with her virtually! You will sweat, you will shake, you will come back for more, and you will be toned & you will stronger in mind and body because of all of that! My fav instructors are Heather, Noelle, Kelly , Angela, and Tracey! LAH is great because it is always evolving, improving, and adding new features for members! There's a class for you whether you are advanced, beginner, pregnant, postpartum, or brand new to the method!
