Fantastic Workout App - great moves and positivity!
I have been following Charlee since she was “Trainer of the Month” for Well + Good and then also on playbook. I love how enthusiastic she is and the tips she gives as she powers through the exercises with you. Her candid nature is refreshing, and her enthusiasm is contagious! When she started live workouts on IG I saved as many as were available and joined the live whenever I could. So excited about the app! Charlee makes every workout fun! Even if I am just not in the mood to work out, (we’ve all been there!) once I start a session with her I forget about that 5 minutes in as I am too busy trying to keep up with her and feeling her positive energy through the screen. I never thought I’d love workouts with bands, dumbbells, etc as I’m a yogi that always preferred body weight, but now I find myself gravitating towards those workouts more, and they are making me strong 💪🏻 I highly recommend the app to anyone looking for challenging fun workouts! The app is easy to use, I can save all my favorite workouts to a list and download them for on the go workouts when I don’t have wifi. Charlee also has 28 day challenges that really motivate with weekly 7 min sessions for abs and arms (so far, I am sure there are more to come!) that brings our community together as we check in with each other to motivate and work towards common goals😃

A coach by your side
Charlee Atkins does an exceptional job at communicating the workouts in such a way that you are always reminded to use correct form so that the workouts are effective and you feel supported as if she is right there with you in person. I appreciate how she tells us how the workouts can be implemented in our daily life toward the end of the workouts as well as providing background information about the workouts through out the start of the session. So I'm not only strictly working out but I’m also learning the why. I admire her professionalism and her genuine interest in our concerns and feedback. I really enjoy how she adds other professional fitness trainers on her app who share the same vision and do an excellent job at communicating the movements. Charlee Atkins provides quality workouts that are safe, effective and Make me feel strong afterwards.
Last but not Least:
Her app is very organized and clean. She adds a written description of the workouts and what equipment is needed. The app is categorized by body parts, types of workouts with great pictures and the length of time for the workout. For long term programs you can print out a calendar to keep track. The app has a lot of content and is updated with new videos. I’m excited to see what is to come.

4-week training guide is what I never knew I needed
When I first downloaded the app I had started doing random workouts that seemed to target the areas I wanted to focus on. I was doing pretty good with it, a workout once a day maybe trickled to a workout every other day, and so on so I decided I needed more discipline. My boyfriend and I started the 4-week training guide together and now we’re two weeks in. I already feel so much stronger than just a couple of weeks ago and after seeing my mom for the first time after a month, the first thing she said was how she noticed how much more toned my legs were since the last time she saw me. This training guide holds us accountable, but also keeps us doing workouts we wouldn’t normally do (stretches or arms because we want to be focusing a lot of core and lower body). Don’t let happy, energetic Charlee in a hot pink outfit fool you, we drip sweat to our mat every single workout-they’re no joke even as easy as she makes it look! I’ve never been able to even do a downward dog without feeling so strained, and now I do it with ease into plank position. Amazing what two weeks of consistency can do. Thanks for this amazing guide that’s keeping us in check! Highly recommend if you’re someone that needs a feeling of a personal trainer behind you telling you what to do, when.

LOVE Le Sweat!
I have been doing at home workouts for years as I have found it’s the only way I will be consistent with exercise. I really love doing yoga and Pilates, but they were not giving me the results that I was looking for. I found Charlee Atkins on Instagram and loved the way she interacted with her community so I downloaded the Le Sweat app to check out her program. I signed up for the free trial and really enjoyed the workouts that I did, but I like to try other programs before committing to a single one. After the trial was over, I signed up for a free trial of a different program, but wasn’t getting the personal feeling instruction from that trainers like I felt I got with Charlee. I feel safe when doing Charlee’s workouts because she gives you so much instruction on how to do something properly so you won’t get hurt. She is also very genuine and relatable so it makes working out with her fun and something to look forward to.

Needless to say, I went back to Le Sweat TV, signed up for the annual membership and haven’t looked back! I feel myself getting stronger, I am able to do moves now that I haven’t been able to do because of injury and best of all, I am seeing results. 🙌🏼💪🏼 I could not be more satisfied with Le Sweat TV!

Excellent Cuing and Huge Variety
I highly recommend this app. It uses a small space circuit training format, where you perform as many reps of an exercise as you can for a timed period before moving on to the next. Most videos have you do 2-5 circuits, all in the space of a yoga mat. Charlee (and her guest instructors) are extremely knowledgeable (and charming!) and cue throughout every single exercise. She does them with you just like an in person class. Lots of emphasis on safety, form, progression, mobility, and CORE. New workouts are added frequently along with a wide variety of time frames (5-45 minutes), calendars and challenges. The app has neat search and library/save features too. There are “beginner” level workouts (and a lot of 7 to 20 minute programs) but the main focus is a huge variety of intermediate to advanced options. Compared to other instructors I’ve tried, she never shows off or makes you feel “less than” if you need to modify or rest. I have been consistently using this app for almost a year and it’s become my main at home workout. An excellent investment.

Amazing trainer
I found Charlee through a friend who told me about her live training sessions on Instagram in April. Thanks to her I kept exercising through this pandemic. I’ve never been consistent with at home workouts, but with her sessions it has been totally different: her cues to let you know how to do the exercise correctly, her remainders to inhale and exhale, and the talks about the importance of stretching... she hooked me up!! So I decided to try LeSweat TV... love it!! It has great content, it has changed my view of at home workouts. I woke up early just to have enough time to do the hip and ankle mobility videos before the workout and after the workout I do the hip stretch video. They have changed my life!!! My left hip and knee doesn’t hurt anymore. On the weekend I don’t workout, I dedicate that time to foam rolling, which I discover through Charlee, and to do de IT band stretch video... that’s the time of self-care for me. Love, love it!! Thank you Charlee!! If you’re thinking of getting the app, don’t overthink it, it’s great and it’s a excellent deal, you would not find another app like this.

High quality workouts at a bargain
I am a long distance runner but a calf injury has prevented me from running for the past year. Le Sweat has helped me safely build strength during my prolonged “offseason” and (most of all!) sustain sanity in my tiny apartment during the pandemic. I started off doing the bodyweight workouts (there are lots of good ones), but realized the true value of Le Sweat when I got access to dumbbells and started doing Charlee’s heavy weight workouts and 60-minute Premium Studio classes, which are offered about once per week at an additional ~$10 for LS members (much less than any other studio class, plus you can retake the class a few times before the video expires within 7 days). I love Charlee’s energy, encouragement and focus on proper form. And my injury appreciates that most workouts are “no jumping.” Membership is a steal compared to any gym or other fitness subscription at the yearly rate – $8.30/month base – and for me it’s amounted to about $12/month if I factor in the handful of Premium Studio classes I’ve taken! What are you waiting for?

Charlee Atkins’ Le Sweat app does NOT disappoint!
Charlee Atkins is one of the FIRST trainers that has ever really hooked me in working out from home. I’ve been a gym member for almost 25 years so for me to have zero desire to go back to a gym because of the quality workouts I receive on this app, speaks volumes. She’s never annoying or yells. Just a cool chick with a passionate energy and fire that comes through on her Le sweat classes daily. I love her warmup stretches so much at the beginning that I almost forget about the intense workout I’m about to endure. 😱. Charlee is all about the proper form and reminds you just at those moments when you need to hear it again. I know I will not get injured doing any of her workouts and trust me there are MANY to choose from...stretching, strengthening, cardio, yoga, HIIT, Tabata. You will never be bored not to mention she throws in live classes through the week which is my personal favorite part. Thank you so much Charlee for being so passionate and educated, I fully trust your expertise. Give it a try...trust me...you’ll “Le” sweat and “Le” LOVE this app!

Strength, mobility, and safety. Yes or yes?!
I have been a huge Charlee fan for 10 years since taking her class at a small spin studio. I followed her to SoulCycle and loved following her social media. I decided to take the Le Sweat TV plunge looking for a familiar face to come home to after exhausting shifts at my job as a medical social worker. Le Sweat has been a godsend. I have been living with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years and was pounding my already fatigued body with cardio looking for results - very much to the detriment of my health. I cannot appreciate enough how much a Charlee and Le Sweat has changed my outlook on fitness and self-care. I feel the strongest I’ve ever been but most importantly I feel less pain because the practice focuses on safety, mobility, and strength that supports the parts of my body that need it the most. Thank you, Charlee, for developing workouts that help me feel strong, healthy, and in control of a body that has a mind of its own sometimes. I am incredibly grateful for Charlee and the Le Sweat program!

I have been working out with Charlee since I found her on Instagram at the start of the pandemic. Once LeSweat TV came out, I knew I was going to sign up and it was so worth it. I have never felt stronger and healthier. Last November I ran the NYC marathon and throughout the entire training process I was still working out with Charlee. The strength workouts helped me balance my endurance and strength when running. The yoga for athletes classes and mobility workouts helped me stay healthy. Charlee’s workouts also help me mentally and emotionally. I always feel good after a workout and training with Charlee through some of the hardest times in my life really helped me pull through. Even though this is all in an app, Charlee makes you feel like you are actually in the room with her. Her cues are always on target and I have learned so much over the past 2 years. I can’t wait to learn more, get stronger, and to continue working on working out!
