Score your life can help you. It’s like taking a helicopter ride over your life so you can easily see how your life is broken down into 10 aspects (Home, Creativity, Health & fitness, Rest & relaxation, Friends & social life, Work, Family, Money, Spirituality and Love & romance). From there it takes a moment to score each aspect and learn which aspects are working and which could do with a helping hand.

It’s then up to you to start to enjoy those aspects that are working and, if you want, to improve the aspects that need some love. You can keep checking in on your scores to see what’s changed and write a note of what you’ve been doing differently.
