Great lights horrible app
I have looked at these lights for years and finally purchased some this year. I had trouble with connectivity inside. Could not get Bluetooth to connect inside! Got Wifi to work but poorly. Against my better judgement I put then on the house and found the length of the lights is misleading, mine measured to only about 38 feet (not the43 feet claimed on the package). Bluetooth would not work outside and WiFi only worked from a foot or so away, sometimes. I spent most of my time watching the thing try to connect and fail. Why do they not fix the app? After this, I wonder how the app ever got rated more than 1 Star.

If you can get them to Bluetooth to your device... it might work I have been trying for days to get the icon to light up so I can control the functions... Bluetooth says it’s connected on my phone but it will not show up for me to choose it to control... worst most time wasting product to date extreme disappointment

So fun!
Purchased lights from QVC, downloaded the app, and we’ve been having so much fun with these lights! Easy to change colors, themes, and effects, as well as turn on and off from my phone. Highly recommend!!

Great when it works.
The colors are great and it’s fun to play with but I have 4 strands and it usually will only connect to 3 of them. Very frustrating to mess around with to get that 4th one to finally connect. Even when it does I have maybe 30 seconds to change the color and I lose the connection again.

Blue tooth is fine but...
Blue tooth is fine given the application but wifi would be better. What it really needs is a timer for on/off so you don't forget to turn them off at night

Mediocre app dead as of iOS 14
I’ve never liked the app to start but it did allow me to change the lights. As of the latest iOS version when open the app it is just a solid black screen.

A little disappointed
FAQ says we can change the colors in the groups. APP doesn’t support it. I called customer support. They were aware of the misleading information. I am returning the product. Sad the controller is awesome and all the hardware is there just not the app to control the controller.

Not good
Having trouble connecting to other themes. It’s connected to the Bluetooth but it won’t pick up other themes except 1. The point was to be able to change the themes. Very disappointed.

Not in sync
Bought 2. Used once. Went to use again and 1 set of my string lights will not sync and does not show up in Bluetooth. 5 new versions in 10 minutes.

Disappointed!
Total waste of money! Won’t even connect to my Bluetooth. My phone is not the problem, it’s a new iPhone. This app is ridiculous.
