Great short workout
Great short workout to get blood pumping. Especially if you are just trying to get back into shape and haven’t worked out in a long time. Started at beginner, now on advanced. This app helped me move on to adding additional workouts because I started feeling better after just doing this for a week straight. Think of it as doing 10 minutes more of exercise that you did the day before. Glad I found this.

I’ve been using this app since Oct 2020. The workouts are great and the progression from beginner to experienced are perfect.

I use this as my daily cardio before strength and core workout days - 5-6 days per week. By combining or repeating workouts I can increase and decrease as I need.

My weight loss goal is 35 lbs
Oct-Jan loss: 20 lbs
Jan-Jul loss: 3 lbs but my muscle mass, strength and endurance have increased and I’m carrying a lot less fat and I look a lot better.

I highly recommend using this to start every workout session whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Count your reps for each exercise and record your progress to see the gains.

They are amazing and mostly free! They have a few exercises locked but it’s a one time fee, you can choose to pay a one time fee of 1.99, 4.99 or 9.99. The tabata app I paid 10.00 for because I just felt it was worth it. I also used the app for about a month before deciding to unlock the last 2 exercises. What I love most about this app is you can adjust the amount of tabatas you do as well as how long you perform the exercises and how long to rest between exercises and sets. Truly amazing for all levels! One of my favorite workout apps, I downloaded all 6 of them and couldn’t be happier!!
