Poor customer service
I’ve been using Neo for over a year and it runs really slow on my Mac Studio. I purchased the plug in that was supposed to come with the software and renewed my membership X. After I purchased the plug in because I wanted to support the company and renewed my membership I was told I would have to pay extra to watch the video on how to use the software that was included the previous year. If they are going to nickel and dime you to death I would have went with Adobe for $9.99. And yes I did contact support and they said they changed the way the membership worked. If I had know I would not be allowed to watch the video I would not have renewed my membership.

Connectivity
Love the concept! However, my pc has a wired internet connection my phone cannot not connect. This is from the fact that they are not on the “same” Wi-Fi network. It would be cool if they could some how work around that.

Doesn’t connect
I wasn’t going to write a review until AFTER I contacted customer service. I saw others had this same issue and the response was to go to their support page. I attempted to search the FAQs and the Luminar Neo tabs but found no help. I also tried to use their automated service, but it was absolutely no help.
Since I tried to contact them as they requested for others to do but found no help, I am giving a 1 Star Review.
The app is useless if it doesn’t connect to Luminar Neo. It has one job and it can’t do it at all.

Some improvements suggested
Overall impress with the Beta version.
Suggestion on Erase menu.
You need to add a customizable menu to determine shape, size , orientation, softness hardness, overall parameters to help the erase replace be more predictable and have better results.
Same with power lines and dust removal. It detect some and fail sometimes, probably based on contrast or lack of. Line removed functions should be customizable to line strength and size.
Overall software seems to have a potential but need more customizable options to fine tune each function.

It complements Luminar Neo pretty well!
This app is only intended to make it easier to transfer photos from Luminar Neo in your desktop and your mobile, nothing else. I tried it with v1.0 and it works as expected, no bugs or problems to report.

Doesn’t Work
Have tried this app with multiple devices and computers, but every time this app does not connect (everything is on the same Wi-Fi network). Please fix. I can see this being a really useful tool (and please, do not charge any extension fee for people who have already bought Luminar Neo…this is already a bad trend with Skylum products).

Works as advertised
I just completed transferring an image that I edited in Luminar Neo and I was able to share that quickly on Social Media. I am very happy.

Can’t connect
I confirmed that I am on the same network with both my phone and my laptop. However, the share button is grayed out in Neo so I can’t connect. I tried also from ‘share’ under the File menu, but the connect option is grayed out there. So the app is currently completely useless.

iPad version landscap
When working on a landscape mode image on Mac, I’d like to see image on my iPad also be in landscape mode not just a landscape window within a portrait mode app.
