Care My Way® from Marshfield Clinic provides you with quick resolutions to common health conditions through an online appointment with one of our trusted, experienced nurse practitioners.

Care My Way® is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST, seven days a week and is only available to people residing in Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota. The cost for each visit is $40 and is collected at the time of service. (Major credit cards accepted).

If you need a prescription, one can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Convenient, Quick, Professional
I tried the app for the first time today. The app is easy to install and use. Within 11 minutes of logging in, from the comfort of my own home, I received my diagnosis and prescription from a very knowledgeable and friendly nurse practitioner. I am so impressed with this service and if necessary, wouldn’t hesitate to use it again and recommend it to anyone I know. What a time saver!!!!

So easy
Traveling for work started feeling pain from a swimmers ear. Was able to see a care provider via video at 5:30AM and have drops prescribed to pick up at a pharmacy at my next destination. $40 visit was worth the convenience

Lots of good ideas, but none work...
The calendar is supposed to show your upcoming appointments, mine remains blank.

You are supposed to be able to send and receive messages with your provider. However instead of typing their name and finding them, they self populate the list with doctors and specialist you’ve previously seen for an appointment. This would be great... right up until you try to send a message and your list of contacts is blank. I can’t send anyone a message.

Nice Logo is about the best thing I can say about this app. 👎🏻 Oh, and the price is right $0.00!

App is glitchy, frustrating
Trouble with “Continue” icon overlapping required inputs causes you to not go anywhere. Only one health insurance system was listed - security - and if you don’t have that you have to do a $40 payment and seek reimbursement on your own, despite that they have my insurance on record. And now it won’t let me post because every conceivable name I put in for nickname is listed as “taken.”

Greatest idea ever
Used the “Care my way” and love it. Terrible sinus infection so couldn’t drive anywhere. This was perfect. I will use them again and highly recommend to everyone especially older people.

Thorough care that’s fast!
Used the app to talk face-to-face to a nurse practitioner about my sinus infection. Thorough visit and very pleasant experience. She called a Rx to my pharmacy. Will definitely use this service again.

Terrible service
I have received great care through Sacred Heart’s Care My Way providers, and they are open 24 hours a day. I just tried for the first time using Marshfield’s service and was denied service and told to go to urgent care for my cold symptoms. Terrible service and I will pay to use Sacred Heart providers if I use this app again.

Frustrating & A Waste Of Time
After waiting for 30+ minuets I am greeted by an assistant who tells me they are sorry for the wait. I ask how much longer they think it will take and am told by a prewritten message that I will not be seen. I attempted again & was given the same run around.
